I tilted my head up to look at the Webster Bank Arena as I climbed out of the car. Tonight was the night that I made my NXT debut along with my best friend and tag team partner, Lexi Hardy. We pulled the hoods of our jackets up so that our faces were covered before being escorted to the locker room that we would be using. Our debut was meant to be a surprise so we had to make sure that we weren't seen before our match.

"You ready for tonight?" I asked Lexi after the door was shut.

"Absolutely," She said looking over at me. "It's time these boys met the best tag team in the business."

I chuckled at her cockiness, but she wasn't wrong. When you put a Hardy and a Jackson together, we make one hell of a tag team.

Lexi set her bag down and dug through to get her gear out, so I decided I should probably do the same. I dug through my bag and found my old Ring of Honor gear that I used to wear with my brothers.

It wasn't my favorite outfit that they used, but it was the only one I had with me at the time. I laced up my boots and made sure my sports bra was secure underneath my shirt.

I looked over to see Lexi in one of her old Hardy Boyz gear and smiled. It was crazy to think that we ended up in NXT together.

"God," Lexi said after she tied her hair up. "I never thought that we would end up here."

"Right?" I said with a chuckle. "But here we are."

Lexi spent a lot of her time in Impact wrestling with her brothers, while I spent most of my time over in Ring of Honor with mine. We always thought that we would work for those companies for the rest of our lives, but when we got the offer to come to NXT as a tag team, we knew that we had to take our chances.

I heard my phone chime in my bag so I grabbed it out to see a text in the group chat that I had with my brothers.

Matt: Did you make it home safely?

Me: Yeah. You guys still going to watch the Takeover tonight with me?

Nick: I don't see why you watch that crap. Adam is dead to us, remember?

Matt: Yeah, there isn't anything worth watching

Me: I'm watching to support Kyle and Bobby. Can you guys please just watch it with me?

Matt: Fine. I'll be texting how bored I am the whole time though.

Nick: We're making Kenny watch it with us so we can all bitch together.

Me: Good enough for me. Thank you guys <3

Matt: Love you, sis

Nick: Yeah love you

Me: Love you guys too <3

"You're brothers watching tonight?" I asked Lexi when I saw that she was on her phone, too.

"Yep," She responded. "What about Matt and Nick?"

"I think so," I said looking back down at my phone.

"Let's make our brothers proud then." Lexi said nodding.

Later...

The first match had just ended and Riddle ended up getting the win over Roderick Strong. I felt bad for Roderick because he was really putting his all into that match, but sadly, Riddle got the best of him.

It was now time for the fatal 4-way ladder match for the NXT tag team titles. Three teams were announced for the match with a 4th team a mystery. That's where Lexi and I came in. We still don't know how we pulled off having a title match as our debut, but it was okay with us.
