"Corbs! Come play CoD with us!" My friend, Tyler Breeze, said to the tall man that just walked in the door.

I took this distraction to knife Tyler, thus winning the game. I stood up and did a little victory dance, while Tyler sat there looking confused. Baron Corbin walked over and started laughing at the fact that I had beat Breeze 20 - 0. Xavier Woods was also laughing at Breeze.

"Damn, Breeze," Woods said. "You really suck at this game."

Breeze threw the controller down and pouted.

"Awe," I said pinching his cheek. "Someone has a booboo face."

Corbin busted out laughing as Tyler pouted even more.

"You're undefeated, Skylar!" Xavier said patting me on the back.

I smiled triumphantly and tossed my hair over my shoulder. Corbin was talking to Breeze about something, but he was looking at me while they talked. I blushed a little bit and looked away from him.

I have had a crush on Baron Corbin since I started in NXT a few years ago. I never took a chance with it though because I never thought he liked me the same way.

"Corbs, do you wanna play against Skylar?" Xavier asked offering the controller. "We can film a quick episode of UpUpDownDown."

"Yeah, sure," Corbin said taking the controller.

Breeze got up from his chair and Corbin sat down. I made myself comfortable and tried to relax. Xavier got everything set up before standing between Corbin and I. He clapped his hands together and began the video.

"Welcome to UpUpDownDown! I'm your host Austin Creed, and TODAY we have Off With Your Head!" Xavier said pointing at Corbin.

He flexed his muscles and tried to look intimidating. I cleared my throat and tucked my hair behind my ear.

"Against the notorious and still undefeated, Lone Wolf!" Xavier said smiling at me.

Corbin looked at me shocked. I never told him that I was using his lone wolf gimmick as my UpUpDownDown name. I didn't look at him, instead I just focused on the screen.

"Today they are going to be playing Call of Duty: WWII." Xavier continued to explain.

Soon enough, we were underway with the game. The game got really intense, and Corbin was actually about to beat me. I was the last round of the game and I was really focused on the game until Corbin's leg brushed against mine. That was enough to distract me and he got the kill.

"OH!" Xavier yelled as the kill screen came up. "Corbin actually beat Skylar!"

I tossed the controller down and crossed my arms over my chest. Corbin celebrated his win and shot me a wink. I knew he did that on purpose. He knew I liked him and he used that against me.

"Congratulations, Corbs." I said standing up.

"Thanks, Skylar." He said looking down at me. "You played a really good game."

I smiled and shrugged. Soon, Xavier finished out the video and we all went our separate ways. Since we were filming the video in the hotel lobby, I decided to head back up to my room to take a nap. When I got into the elevator, I pushed the button for my floor. Right before the door was about to shut, however, someone stuck their hand in so that they could get in.

I looked over and saw Corbin get onto the elevator. He pushed the button for his floor before the elevator doors closed and it started moving.

"You cheated..." I said looking at my nails.

"How did I cheat?" Corbin said looking down at me.

I scoffed and looked up at him. Sadly, with him being 6'8" and me only 5'6", he towered over me so I wasn't that intimidating.

"Corbin, you know that I have feelings for you," I said placing my hands on my hips. "And you used that against me to distract me so that you could win."

"Skylar Rhodes, did you just admit your feelings for me?" Corbin said with a smirk as he started walking towards me.

I backed up until my back was against the wall of the elevator. Corbin reached over and hit the stop button on the elevator and it came to a halt.

"So what if I did?" I said standing up taller, "It doesn't mean anything anyway."

"Is that so?" Corbin said.

He bent down so that we were face to face, and my heart rate started to speed up.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"Claiming my prize for finally beating you at your own game." Corbin said.

Before I could respond, he closed the distance between us and pressed his lips against mine. I didn't even hesitate to kiss him back as I put my hands on the sides of his face. He pulled away from me and had a smirk on his face.

I felt my face getting warm as a blush made its way to my face. Corbin hit the button so that elevator would start moving again, and once it reached my floor, I made my way out of the elevator. I stopped a short way out the door as I looked back at Corbin who was still standing in the elevator, his hand stopping it from closing.

"You coming, or what?" I said with a smirk of my own.

He chuckled and happily followed me to my hotel room.
