3) Loyalty before blood. You must save your leader first so they don't lose their last life. Hopefully you can send another cat to fetch more catmint.
4) Take a trip to RiverClan. You're a medicine cat. You can (or should be able to) go wherever you please. Besides, you can visit Willowshine while you're there and give her a quick lesson about StarClan.
