People are prideful.
It's just the way we are,
The way we were made to be.
Our species wants attention,
always wants attention.
To what degree depends
on the person, but
if they're not careful,
that pride and lust for attention
turns into greed.
If anything, greed
will be the downfall of human race.
Everyone wants attention,
everyone acts vain sometimes.
It's human nature.
But those
who act selfish all the time,
the ones who let their pride
take control of their needs and wants
are the people
who become greedy.
Everyone has those moments,
but they are separated
from the greedy, selfish ones
because that's not
what they act like all the time;
that's not all they are.
