PART TWO ~ GET OUT!
You sneaked in quietly to your house, hoping not to wake your parents. It was late at night and you had ended up staying at Janelle's apartment longer than you had planned. However, your stealth skills clearly weren't very sharp, seeing as you tripped on a cord and fell loudly. You silently mouthed shit.
Your mum walked up tiredly a few moments later. She looked down at you and suddenly, she wasn't as tired. She was angry. You stood up shyly. Your dad came in a few moments later, and his expression changed just as your mother's had.
"(Your full name), where the hell have you been?" You mother said angrily.
"Uh-uh... I was at a friend's house because we were hanging out and it got late..." You replied, trying to make it sound believable. Your mum's eyebrow rose.
"Who?" She questioned.
"J-Janelle..." You replied, swallowing.
"And what'd y'all do?" She asked, narrowing her eyes at you.
"Uh-um we watched a movie and ate food..." You replied, knowing she was in to something.
"Nothing else?"
"Nothing else," you confirmed, lying.
"You're lying," your father joined the conversation.
"N-no I'm not..."
"Young lady, you tell your mother and I the truth right now," he said, pointing to you.
"I-I..." You could hardly speak. They would never accept you and you knew that. There was no way around this, though.
"I'm gay," you said quickly and quietly.
"Excuse me?!" your father asked, frustrated.
"I-I'm gay! Janelle's my girlfriend!" You said loudly. Your parents looked shocked.
"No you're not. It's girls like Janelle makin' you think that," your mother finally said.
"No! I'm gay! That's who I am! So either accept that or not!" You shouted.
"GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE NOW!" Your father shouted. You whimpered, jumping back.
"Piece of shit! God didn't create you to sin like this!"
"Disgrace!"
"Sinner!"
"Slut!"
"Embarrassment!"
"GET OUT!" They both shouted and you scrambled out the door. Where could you go? John B's, you thought.
