yo yall! this is gonna be a Kie x Lesbian Reader oneshot. i've done 2 with JJ and imma do more, but i decided to break it up a little.
this is somewhat based on 'we fell in love in october' by my queen girl in red🖤
a little about the reader: you a closeted lesbian. you love Kie but 1: you scared about coming out. 2: what if she straight? 3: no Pogue on Pogue mackin. but sometimes, you can't hold back... enjoy!

PART ONE:

"Smoking cigarettes on the roof
You look so pretty and I love this view"

You and Kie stood on the roof of an abandoned building, you smoking and drinking beer, her drinking kombucha (if u don't know what that is it's kinda like sugar free natural soda. idk just look it up lol).

It was sunset and the two of you looked out at the beautiful view. The colors of the sky blended so beautifully and were reflected by the water. It was almost as stunning as the girl who stood beside you.

You took a draw of your cigarette, your arm resting on the wooden railing. You looked over at Kie. It was rare you two were alone now. Usually, when you would hang out, the rest of the Pogues would be there too. You missed being alone with her, even though it made you nervous, especially with the secret you were hiding from her.

Her lovely eyelashes fluttered as she looked at you, and you looked back at the ocean, pretending like you hadn't been staring at her. 

"What?" She asked. 

"Oh, uh... Nothing..." You replied. "Don't worry about it."

"What is it?"

"It doesn't matter," you said, taking another draw of your cigarette.

"Fine, if you don't trust me enough to tell me then don't," Kie said, clearly trying to guilt-trip you. 

"Hey, I do trust you," you replied. 

"Then why won't you tell me?"

"It-it really doesn't matter s-so there's no reason to t-tell you," you responded, trying to stop stammering.

"Why are you stammering? And blushing?" 

Shit. You hadn't even realized you were blushing. 

"It's nothing; like I said; it doesn't matter."

"If it doesn't matter, then why don't you just tell me?"

"Uh-uh i-it's pretty um... Personal... J-just don't worry about it." You took another draw of smoke.

"Since when can't you tell me personal stuff? You used to tell me everything," she said, slightly hurt. 

"I- this is different..." You said, trying to withhold the secret as long as you could. Although, you didn't know how much longer you could keep it from her...

"How so?" Kie asked you. 

"I-it's about... um..."

"About what? Did I do something?"

"N-no...! You did nothing wrong... I just..."

"Just what, (Y/n)? Why can't you tell me? I'm your best friend..."

"I want more," you muttered as quietly as you could, hoping she didn't hear that. You decided to take a draw of your cigarette to pretend like you didn't say anything.

"What?" She asked. 

"N-nothing. Don't worry about it," you replied. 

"If you don't tell me otherwise, I'm gonna think it's me..."

"Look, Kie. You did nothing wrong. I promise. Far from it. I-I just..."

"What? Is there something going on at home? Is somebody bullying you? Because I will give them the not-pleasure of getting their asses kicked by me."

"N-no. Nobody's doing anything... I just..." You sigh. You can't avoid it now. Fuck it.

"There's something about me I haven't told anybody including you..."

"Okay. You can tell me. I won't judge you. I'll love you no matter what," Kie replied. Those words made you blush harder and you tried not to freak out at all. You nervously inhaled the smoke from your cigarette.

"I-I'm... I'm gay..."

"Cool. You could've told me sooner, you know. I don't have a problem with that. The truth is, I am too..." Kie replied. You felt so relieved that she didn't mind that you were gay. 

"Well- um- I- thanks..." 

"Of course. I'll always support you," she said with a smile.

"Th-there's something else..."

"Okay. Go ahead whenever you're ready."

"I- um..." You sucked on your cigarette before sighing and saying the words that you had tried to keep back for so long; "I love you."

There were a few moments of silence before Kie spoke;
"I love you too..." She was blushing pretty hard now.

You turned your head to her and she did the same to you. You put out your cigarette and then your hand found it's way to her cheek. You felt how warm her face was. You decided to take yet another leap of faith and kissed her. And oh, those lips of hers felt so good.

Your other hand went around her waist.
She put a hand on your mid-to-upper back and the fingertips of her other hand trailed from your forehead to your ear. She rested her hand on the side of your neck.

Eventually, you departed from the passionate kiss, lightly pressing your foreheads together. You both smiled shyly.

"That was amazing," you said. 

"Indeed it was," Kie replied, giving you a quick peck on your lips.
