yo yall. so this is gonna be a pretty long story with many parts because i have a pretty long thing planned out. also, this is going to be a slight crossover with All American, which if u haven't seen, i suggest you do. it would be good to watch it before or during reading this, but you don't have to. i will try to explain everything pretty well.

technically, All American is in LA and Outer Banks is in North Carolina, but we're just pretending it's the same place, ok? in All American, they have Crenshaw which is the hood. let's pretend that the Cut in OBX is basically Crenshaw. i hope this makes some sense. also when this starts off, you and JJ are together already. anyway enjoy the story (this will be a short chapter)

PART ONE ~ I'LL WALK YOU HOME

You were hanging out with the Pogues. It was night time and they all said they should get home.

"I'll walk you home," JJ said to you.

"Oh, uh... Nah it's a'ight. You don't gotta take me. I'll be fine," you replied.

"No. It's no trouble," JJ said. You didn't want to sound suspicious.

"A'ight, fine."

You and JJ walked through the dark streets. JJ had never walked you home and he had never been to your house. He had never met your parents or any family. You had actually never talked about your family or home. You hardly ever talked about your life outside the Pogues at all. JJ was starting to realize that, so he decided to walk you home.

"This is me," you said as you approached a relatively nice looking house.

"Wow," JJ said. You chuckled.

"Yeah... Uh... See you tomorrow..." You said.

"Yeah. See you then," JJ said, giving you a short kiss before walking off. You stood in the porch and waved.

Once he was gone, you walked off the porch and went in the direction of where you usually slept. You hoped the people who lived in that house didn't see you there. They probably would have came out if they did.

Your duffel bag bounced around on your leg as you walked the streets. You were starting to get closer to the roughest side of the Cut. You started to see familiar faces, giving them single nods and such.

Eventually, you got to your usual spot. There was a bench in the park that you usually slept on. You set your duffel bag- that contained all your belongings- onto the bench and laid down. You felt bad for lying to JJ, but he would freak out if he knew what was actually going on in your life.
