We leave Melbourne two days after the show there, getting on a long bus ride to Sydney.

"I've always wanted to visit Sydney." I say to Dom as the bus pulls up to the hotel.

"Me too, honestly." I laugh as we bring our stuff into the hotel.

"Do you think there's' going to be one bed again?" I ask as we stop and wait for our room cards.

"Well considering how we have had one pretty much every room, yes." I laugh as Juan walks over and hands everyone their room cards. We follow LaVelle and Randy into the elevator, joking around with them. I open the door and let him in first.

"Well you were right." He says as I follow him.

"Yeah?" I ask laughing slightly, before seeing that there was only one bed. We spend the day with Randy and LaVelle before the whole crew goes out for dinner together.

"What do you say about exploring the city tomorrow? We could see the opera house?" Dom asks as we get back to our room after a long dinner.

"That sounds amazing. Maybe we could go to the beach as well?"

"Definitely!" We fell asleep quickly, him holding me as usual. The next morning we eat at the hotel buffet before walking out, him insisting on carrying my backpack.

"Dom I'll be fine, let me carry it." I say, trying to convince him to let me take it.

"No, you can maybe take it later." I give up and we keep walking, him slipping his hand into mine as usual.

We do some basic sightseeing, mostly the opera house which was beautiful, before heading to lunch. After lunch we decide to go to the beach.

"I think Bondi is closest." I say, looking at a map. "But we'll have to take a taxi as it's still pretty far."

"Sounds good." He calls a taxi and after a short drive we're getting out at a pavilion in front of the beach.

"Wow it's pretty." Dom says as we pause before going down to the sand.

"Yeah." I agree, putting my sunglasses on. I follow him down to the water, slipping our shoes off and walking in the ankle deep water.

I see one of the life guards going in for a rescue and we pause, watching the scene unfold. He gets the guy back to the shore relatively quickly and starts angrily yelling at him.

"Mate did you not hear us telling you to get out of the water? There's a rip right there."

"Non so cosa stai dicendo. (I do not know what you're saying.)" The guy says, laughing nervously.

"Why are you laughing? You almost died mate!" I exchange glances with Dom before stepping forward.

"He doesn't know what you're saying." I tell the lifeguard.

"What?" He asks, turning to face us.

"He doesn't know what you're saying." I say, nodding at the guy.

"Do you know him?"

"No, but he's speaking Italian and I'm fluent."

"Oh could you translate for me?" The lifeguard asks, calming down.

"Sure." I say nodding.

"Can you tell him to swim between the flags?"

"Vogliono che tu nuoti tra le bandiere.(They want you to swim between the flags.)" I tell the guy who's standing there awkwardly.

"And that if he sees everyone going in or us waving at him to come back to the shore?"

"E se vedi tutti gli altri tornare a riva o i bagnini che ti salutano, torna a riva. (And if you see everyone else coming back to shore or the lifeguards waving at you, come back to shore.)"
