Dinner was awkward to say the least.
Enzo and I both walked down together after our talk in the bathroom to see everyone besides Narcissa already seated. "Well if it isn't Enzo and Aria" Nyx drawled from her seat.
"Sorry" I yawned giving her a small smile, "We fell asleep"
"After shagging no doubt" She mused making me begin to choke on my spit.
Beside me Enzo's eyes also doubled in size, "Merlin Onny, you didn't have to call us out like that" He coughed
"Please Berkshire. I know details about you that you probably don't even know." She smirked making me grab a dinner roll and throw it at her.
"Nyx if you don't shut up right now I will tell Blaise what you said about about that one tecniq-" I threatened but she immediately dove over the table to cover my face with her hand.
"Point noted" She muttered giving me a look
Once she pulled back I couldn't help but be glad in the fact that she was slowly becoming herself again. It was only then that I realized Draco and Luce were actually seated at the table and I looked over to see them both in their own world.
Enzo was staring daggers at Draco across from us. Nyx though looked at Lucille for a moment and sighed before looking down at her plate.
I gave her a questioning look, "She told me" She mouthed making me nod slowly
"And?" I mouthed back
"Pissed" Was all she said
I couldn't help but snort lightly as Narcissa came in and took a seat at the head of the table. She said hello to everyone before we all dug in and began eating.
Dinner dragged on rather quietly until the very end. "Quick question..." Enzo mused swallowing the last bite of his food and looking to Draco, "Before you assaulted Aria...did you think about the fact that she'd been assaulted before? Like did you think about how it might've made her feel to be put in that position?"
The entire table went silent.
I froze mid bite and slowly put down my fork, "Enzo it's fine-" I started but the look on his face told me that he thought it was anything but.
I hadn't really known the root of his anger until now. I just assumed it was because he was jealous, which seemed to be a part of it considering the way we shagged earlier, but this seemed to strike a deep nerve in him. It took a while for me to tell him how Adrian used me during the days that I was alone and he did not take to it lightly.
