~Christmas Eve Part 2~
The rest of our afternoon was spent with Nyx doing my hair and makeup while also doing her own at the same time. Needless to say I was unskilled in that department. "And...done." Nyx said putting down the makeup brush to study her work.
"I am amazing" She muttered handing me a mirror
I just laughed and glanced at myself. Wow, she was actually amazing. Somehow she accentuated each of my features while simultaneously making it look effortless. "Gotta give it to you Nyx...this is impressive"
"I know I know... now go get dressed and don't mess up your hair" She demanded handing me the bag with my dress in it.
"What do you think I'll do? It's just curled"
Nyx gave me a look. "Oh who knows with you"
I just stuck my tongue out at her and walked to the bathroom to get changed into the dress. Once I was in it I smiled lightly at my reflection. I looked...hot.
It felt nice to dress up for the first time in a while. Adjusting my necklace I looked at my appearance one more time before deciding that I was ready to go.
Stepping out of the bathroom I did a little spin for Nyx. "Yeah. I'm gonna win this bet." She muttered smoothing out her own dress in the mirror.
"Says you. We look hot" I laughed looking in the mirror beside her.
