Title Ideas: His Daughters; The Siphoners; Kai's Legacy; The Siphoner's Hope; Heretic Twins

Summary Of Idea: What if the spell that the Gemini Coven did, didn't save the twins that were in Jo's stomach because they were already dead. The spell, instead, was one that was created a long time ago, that would only be used in the event that Gemini Coven was going to be wiped out. It would use the blood of the Gemini Coven Leader and a nearby woman (that magic sensed was most likely to survive) to create twins.
In this story, Josie and Lizzie are the biological daughters of Kai and Caroline; They are natural-born heretics (Vampire side locked until the event that they die - similar to how Hope is; Even though their vampire side isn't unlocked, their blood can turn others into vampires like Hope, and they can heal better than regular humans, and are slightly faster, and stronger with better senses than humans)

It would definitely be interesting if the story ends up with them in legacies and we see what it's like with them as Kai Parker's daughters. And how they interact with everyone (Alaric; Hope; others).
This could have Kai not die on that fateful day and after some conflicts, end up raising the twins with Caroline; Could move into legacies territory.
Another way involves Kai dying at Damon's hand and coming back from hell. Finds out the twins are his and it goes from there.
This last one follows a similar pattern to the one above, except Kai doesn't learn that they're his and assumes they are Jo's and tries to kill them. He gets locked up in a prison world, in order to protect the twins. However, around three years later (Twins are 7), Lizzie is having problems because of her mental illness but it's getting worse. When she gets into a bad state of mind, she loses complete control. Her magic will go wild as her emotions get out of hand and if someone tries to touch her, she siphons uncontrollably. Only Caroline, and sometimes Josie, are able to calm her.
Bonnie contacts Jo's spirit trying to figure out if there's a way to help her and learns that Kai used to be the same way, except at some point Kai learned to control himself. Basically, they have to go to Kai for help and he learns that the twins are his. It turns out that when Kai lost his emotions it fixed what was happening. So, they need to find a different way to save Lizzie, or else, she could end up becoming much worse.
