Title Ideas: The Eldest Salvatore; Salvatore Queen; The Salvatore Sister
Key Characters: Damon Salvatore; Stefan Salvatore
Summary Of Idea: This story idea is the idea that Damon was born a girl. This story would follow how Damon would be treated differently by different people in the show.
This would explore how Stefan and Damon's relationship would be different. It could also have Damon with a multitude of different pairings, whether it be a girl or boy. I could definitely see her as bi and see her still get with Katherine when she was human.
I could see her with any of the originals or anyone else in the show. Could have a poly relationship if the writer wants.
