Summary Of Idea: This idea is if Stefan Salvatore was reborn as Mikaelson back when they were human, after he died in the hellfire. This story would explore him with his memories as he adjusted to the new family.
Could have him as the twin of one of the siblings. The best choices are the younger ones. Although, making him Freya's younger twin could be interesting to explore because he would know that she's alive. Or have him as Henrik's twin, making him one of the youngests.
This could focus on his human life there, or have it follow him to his life as an Original with insight into the future.
An interesting thing to explore would be his feelings - if it eventually reaches or starts in the vampire diaries timeline - on Damon and the others. People he considered family and his enemies that are now his family.
Could have Damon be an only child or have a sibling that isn't Stefan.
