Summary Of Idea: After the Saltzman twins are born, something happens and Caroline as well as Alaric dies. This led to Valerie taking in the next generation of Gemini witches.
The direction this story takes is up to the writer as it could have Valerie and Stefan getting back together or have Valerie end up in New Orleans with twins.
If she goes to New Orleans, it can have her falling for one of the Mikaelson (Freya, Kol, Elijah, Rebekah, or even Klaus) and whoever it is becomes the twins' other parent.
