Summary Of Idea: When Lizzie Saltzman finds an antique clock that she sensed magic in, she stupidly messes with it and ends up back in time. When she wakes up, she is in Southern France in 1002, just as the newly turned Mikaelsons made their way there.
This story follows Lizzie as she meets the Mikaelsons and has to find her way home. While she's there she falls for one of the Originals, whichever the author wants.
In this, Lizzie could either be a siphoner or is already a heretic. If she's a siphoner, there could be some interesting storyline involving that and the other's reaction to a different type of witch. Another thing could be that something happens and Lizzie gets turned by one of the originals in an attempt to save her life.
Or she could already be a Heretic, which could be interesting to have with the newly turned originals. Especially since none of them know how to turn others into vampires, so they'd be interested in the vampire, who knows more than them about being one.
Another thing is that they would be really interested in her since she's a hybrid, which would make Klaus curious about her. Kol would likely be curious or jealous since she's part witch.
This story could have her end up back in her time or have her never return which would follow her journey into the modern era and her interactions with everyone in between.
