Title Ideas: Found Family; Family of Choice; Breaking the Curse

Summary Of Idea: This idea comes from the idea that the whole 'Kol Mikaelson dying from the curse his brother put on him' happened a few years later on in the timeline. That way the Saltzman twins are at the very least 2 years old and very capable of siphoning.
What happens in this is that Kol, desperate not to die, and recognizing that his family wasn't going to help him, flees to Mystic Fall after receiving a vision about witches called siphoners that happened to be with a familiar blonde vampire. When he gets to Mystic Falls, he finds Caroline, and the twins siphon the spell off him, saving him.
Kol ends up staying with them, pettily refusing to tell his siblings that he survived. He ends up helping the twins with magic and becomes their unofficial uncle.
The writer can decide whether or not Kol gets his original body back or stays in the witch's body.
