"Which of these English sentences is wrong?" Present Mic questioned, a small green book opened in his hand.

A brief look at the board and you wondered if it had been a trick question. After all, two of those sentences had been wrong. Finding nothing to do, your eyes begin to wander through the class.

Taking a peek to your left, you find Midoriya. His eyes were as bright as the smile raising his freckles. He looked ready to take on the world if it had been a part of the curriculum.

Your own lips turned up at that.

Not everyone had matched his determination, brows furrowed and staring blankly at the flamboyant blonde who could only try to bring life back to his students. Needless to say, your classmates' sighs and snores stayed the same.

Today had been less eventful, so far, compared to the first day. Just an ordinary English class in the morning because even hero schools need to teach the basics, much to your classmates' dismay.

With your arm holding up your head, you balanced a mechanical pencil above your lips and joined in the blank stares given to your teacher. Although you didn't expect to be fighting every 10 seconds, that wasn't going to stop you from still longing to be curled up in your sheets and away from...learning.

At least this was a step forward toward your goal to rid the villains from your life. You've concluded that being a hero was only your side mission.

Yawning through your nose, the pencil clattered on your notebook.

"Everybody heads up!" He waved his arms around, "Let's get this party started!" Mr. Mic yelled while pumping a fist up.

I could really go for a snack right now...

A shifting of clothing came from behind you before the blonde called on Yaoyorozu. Your thoughts lay on the chocolate Meiji mushrooms sitting in your bag. Checking the clock every other second as the minutes slowly droned on. It seemed like lunch was light-years away, doodling in a corner of your notes in a weak attempt to curb your food-filled thoughts.

Letting out a sigh as you colored in the head of the mushroom you feel a tap on your shoulder.

Your pencil pauses when you turn to look at your neighbor. He wore a crooked smile, quaint brows slightly furrowed as he jabbed a finger over his shoulder.

"Hey, sorry 'bout bothering you but do you think you could help wake my buddy up?" He spoke through a hushed voice, pointy teeth peeking between every word.

Your gaze moves from him to where he was gesturing to. In front of him sat a blonde with a streak of black poking out of his hair, head laid against his desk, and face covered by his arm. From where you sat, you could hear his faint snoring over Present Mic's voice.

When you looked back to the redhead, you glanced to the teacher before leaning back into your chair and whispering, "Why me?"

"Didn't you say you could zap people yesterday?" He asked, head low as Mic turned away from the board.

Remembering the conversation you had with your classmates, you were reminded of how they coaxed some answers out of you before you managed to squirm your way out of their attention.

Sighing internally, you nodded. He smiled at this, you casually moving your hand under your desk to crack a finger. Once Mic turned away to scribble something on the board, you scoot to the edge of your seat, redhead dragging the blonde's wheely chair closer with his foot, and reach over to zap the side of his head with a small string of blood.

He jolts in his seat, smacking his head against his desk and turning his head back and forth with a paper stuck to his forehead. The noise along with the giggling of you and the redhead attract your teachers' attention. At this, you and the redhead zoom into your old positions, head hiding behind your book and looking the other way, pretending to be invested in your work.
