Bakugo stood a little aways with his arms crossed where you continued to glance at him through lowered eyes and pursed lips. The ease you had felt when he flew over your head and finally stopped speaking, drowned you, leaving behind a bad taste in your mouth. You used that feeling as an excuse to motivate you to talk to him, even if he was unpleasant to you in more ways than one.

He caught your gaze and shot a glare your way.

Of course.

Well, it's not like you expected him to be jumping at the fact you were trying to talk to him again after what you did. Still, you wanted to apologize since you knew you got carried away before things even got physical.

Letting your clothing go, you smooth out the crease between your brows, "Bakugo-"

"Don't fucking talk to me you piece of shit." His lips curled, red gaze towering over you where he continued to condemn you.

Your jaw tightened. Scratch that, this kid definitely does NOT deserve an apology.

Ugh, be patient, be patient.

"I...just wanted to apologize. I understand that you're angry so you don't need to accept my apology at all, but, I'm sorry for saying all those things even though I don't even know you."

With your hair hanging, you bowed slightly. He made no move as you stood there in silence for a while where he didn't even look your way.

Although you apologized, you also knew he was being a dick too. Had it not been for the fact he touched you with obvious intent, your body wouldn't have reacted as it did.

In the end, you were only really apologizing to him for thinking he might have enough sense to not pick a fight on the 1st day of school and allowing yourself to get carried away. Things didn't have to be handled the way they were.

His gaze sat reluctantly from its position on your teacher. So much so that even his spiky hair, rigid on his head, had more movement than he did.

Hopefully, I didn't hurt him too badly, but I guess this would be my cue to leave...

Sighing, you turned around knowing you should just leave him alone. If he didn't wanna accept your apology, then there was nothing you could do. Besides, Midoriya was about to throw and he didn't look so good.

"Why don't you go ask that bastard Deku yourself instead of bothering me? He's your little friend, isn't he?" He questioned saying friend as if he had just offended you.

Deku? Does he mean Midoriya?

Pausing your actions, you turned around to look at the blonde with furrowed brows. Was he giving advice or was he trying to insult you? Seeing as he's been an asshole to you all day, you really doubted it was friendly advice.

Whatever the answer, you decided to take it as such.

"Finally! Something we can both agree on," you cheered making his eyes widen.

When you smiled in his direction, he shrunk back with a scrunched nose by your sudden mood change. You held in a laugh and brightened up. Serves him right for almost expelling you both.

"Thanks for the advice," you said mostly to push his buttons a bit as he apparently hated it when you were nice to him and he definitely didn't mean it that way.

I mean, why would THE Bakugo stoop so low as to help a pebble on the side of the road, extra, like you?

After you watched his brows furrow and lips part to yell at you, you turned around and walked back to where you stood between Iida and Ochako. As if you were about to listen to his screeching for a second longer. Nice try though.
