With Elle and Cory walking into the assembly hall together, the blonde haired girl looked around the hall which was a little bigger than her old school, although most of the faces familiar to Elle hadn't. The pair finally managed to find two seats next to each other next to her brother Jacob, long let the teasing begin.

"The love birds made up from this morning then, eh?" The blonde haired boy sniggered, playfully nudging his sisters shoulder. "Feeling all left out now, you know, having to third wheel you two."

"Should've just bunked off if I knew the windup merchant would be right next to us." Cory rolled his eyes at the other Stewart twin.

"Me an all." Elle sarcastically smiled at Jacob. "At least we would've bunked off together." She said jokingly, before they were interrupted by the sounds of Mrs Carters voice, opening up the assembly.

"Oooo, Cory and Elle sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G" Jacob started, attempting to wind the pair up even more before he was cut off by the hiss of Elle's voice

"How old are you? 5?" She hissed in reply, with both of the twins receiving taps on the shoulder from Mr Bell, basically telling them to shut up, which only made the trio let out a chuckle or two.

"It's the first day of school, why on earth are you so cheery?" Missy questioned in surprise, as she, Nasreen and Elle walked to the canteen arm in arm with each other. "Listening to Mrs Carter for that long is nothing to be smiling about."

"No reason , you'd be complaining if I was in a piss mood." The smaller of the girls shrugged it off, thinking neither of her best friends would catch on.

"She made up with Cory, that's why." Nas chimed in, leaving Missy to give Elle that same unimpressed look from the night before. "I heard they sat next to each other in assembly an all."

"How many times do you have to keep going back to him, Ell?" The girl with the pink flurry trim jacket shook her head. "At this point you may as well have 'mug' written across your forehead."

"Oh, sh." The black haired girl stood in, as they approached the front of the dinner que.

"Do we get free stuff, Mrs Paratcha?" Missy's mood immediately switched up, as the trio stood opposite from Nas' mum over the counter.

"Do I look like charity? You're no refugee , you know." Mrs Paratcha chuckled to herself, she never expected any less from the girl.

"Hey, who's the fitty with the braces?" Missy's attention was now diverted to a darker haired boy with braces, nearer the end of the line.
