For the Ackley Bridge College opening day, much to Elle's disappointment she was for now placed in the canteen with Chloe Voyle and Jordan Wilson to help display the artwork that had been created by the students.

Elle couldn't think of anything worse, art or being stuck with Chloe, never mind both.

"If you're going to start, don't. I were put here so there's owt I can do." Elle sternly warned the younger girl who had firstly approached her, who she could only assume was after more trouble with the older girl.

"I came to say I'm sorry and thank you." Were the words to fall out of Chloe's mouth, taking Elle by surprise. "Sorry for embarrassing you and trying to fight you at my party and thank you for looking after me and for calling my mum."

"I mean it's alright, you'd have done the same." The blonde haired girl said, giving her a faint smile. "I guess your not all that bad."

"Bloody chop chop, you three." Mrs Paracha stood behind the three teenagers, pointing to the empty pin board to which they were supposed to attaching the artwork to. "It's an open day, not a mother's meeting."

Trying their hardest not to laugh at their telling off, the three of them picked up the pace as the dinner lady watched from behind.

"Were you drinking when you drew this picture?" Mrs P cocked her head to look at Chloe's picture, obviously not making out what it was supposed to be.

"Does everyone know about it?" Chloe said, rolling her eyes.

"You can't do nothing in Ackley Bridge, everybody knows what your up to." Elle butted in, making the two teenagers and Mrs Paracha nodding their heads in agreement.

"Don't be teaching my Razia any of your tricks, she got plenty of her own." The older woman chuckled, pointing at the two girls in particular. "She don't need to be coming home drunk or taking home the walking STD."

"People up north." The London girl scoffed, once Mrs Paracha was done lecturing the two girls, getting a little smirk out of Jordan.

"Good to see you two getting along, after your little cat fight over my brother." The younger Wilson brother finally spoke up, surprised that both of the girl's were getting on for once. "Not that he's really worth fighting for."

"Shut it, you." Elle shook her head, before ruffling up Jordan's dark hair, slightly frustrating him.

Before anyone could say much more, the three were interrupted again but this time by Miss Keane who didn't appear too happy herself.
