After the scrap earlier that day between Jordan and Cory, Elle decided that it would probably be for the best to not go straight back to the Wilson household just yet.
Also not wanting to go anywhere near her own house at the moment, maybe this would be the perfect opportunity to take up Riz's offer to nip round to the Nawaz household for a little bit.
"I'm guessing you got the same offer then? Anytime you like?" Jacob said in surprise, as he and his little sister turned up at the front door right at the same time. "I thought you were staying with Cory."
"Don't mention it, it's just as wild as our lot." Elle half smiled, letting her twin brother knock on the door. "Missy's bunking off school to work at some burger van and I don't exactly want to intrude with the Paracha's after their dad's secret life in Bradford."
"Carla thinks she's my mum now, Gabby's nothing but a drama queen and dad needs to open his eyes and see that they're not the real deal." The blonde haired boy rolled his eyes at the thought of the ongoing crazy home life. "I can just about hack Tyler."
Before either twin could carry on venting about their lives, they were met at the door by Riz, awaiting to greet them both.
"You chose a good time, free house." The boy gave them both a warm smile, as he moved over to let both of his guests in.
"Do I have to take my shoes off?" Elle seriously asked, as she gave the posh house a gaze of admiration. "I don't want to get mud or nowt all over the floor."
"Don't worry about it, we're more common than you think." Riz laughed at her question as the teenagers took a seat in the living room. "So, how are things? Like really."
"Could be better, could be worse." The blonde haired girl shrugged it off. "Either house is full of conflict."
"Evil step mother thinks she's going to replace mum." Jacob added on, rolling his eyes. "Speaking of that, I do sometimes wonder what she's up to these days." He continued on, receiving a daunting look from his younger sister.
