"𝗖𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝖮𝗡, 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗘?"

✰ ✰ ✰

After storming out the sixth form hub, Cory didn't go after the girl, which was probably strongly advised by both Jacob and Riz who were already tired of watching the ongoing goose chase between the two teenagers, who at this point wouldn't stand a chance with each other. It was now lunch time and the time for Missy to get all the details out of Nas regarding the new teacher.

"So, come on. Did you kiss her or didn't you?" Missy begged for the Pakistani girl to reveal all the nitty gritty details between the two of them. Only receiving a little grin from Nas, it was enough for Missy to overreact and gasp.

"Missy, shut up." Elle rolled her eyes, easily irritated by her best friend's actions.

"Alright just cause you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning." The blonde haired girl retaliated. "Just cause your having your own problems with Cory, don't mean you can't be happy for Nas."

"Well maybe if you poked your nose in and all that then maybe we wouldn't be having problems." Elle hissed, getting all defensive. "I never said that I weren't happy for Nas, either."

"Well, that's good." Nas' grin grew wider as she watched Lila on the other side of the canteen. "Like, I like her. I really, really like her."

"Well, just talk to her. You know, you say summat, she says summat." Elle offered her a faint smile as the girl was only getting giddier by the second.

"I know what talking is." Nas said, as she got distracted by the teacher who was just about to walk by their table.

"No time like the present." Missy stood up full of confidence, attempting to get Lila's attention.

"No, Missy." Elle tried to grab the sleeve of her cardigan to keep the girl sitting down but it was already too late as she had pushed Nas forward to go and speak to her. As the pair stood talking, the two blonde girls watched on from their table. The conversation didn't last for long before Miss Shariff had to deal with some disruption further down the hall.

"Well, it's a start!" Nas grinned to herself, returning to the table. "Now it's time we try and cheer this moody blue up." She playfully nudged Elle, which got a little giggle from her. The girl's put their blazers on and got ready to leave, before Elle was stopped by Riz.

"I'll catch up with you two in a minute, it won't take long." The blonde turned to her best friends who carried on walking as she went over to see Riz. "What's up?"

"Cory's still falling for this, look!" The pair laughed, looking through the new string of messages that had been sent from after the free period and lunchtime. "He really thought he'd have a chance with my sister."
