A/N

This chapter is dedicated to my best friends who are my partners in crime. And also for my mischievous twin cousins.

Love ya all.

"Four." I counted in a low voice.

"Guys, are we really going to do this?" Max whisper yelled at us.

"Three." Emma continued, a sly grin spreading on her face as she completely ignored Max.

"Listen, I really don't think this is a good idea.." Max started again.

"Two." Mia and Henry said in unison and then shared a cheeky grin.

"Bro,not you too." Max almost yelled as he gave Henry a horrified look. "You have to stop..."

"One." Isla grinned.

"Isla, you know that..."

"Go!" I gave the final signal, a smirk tugging at my lips and shot up from my hiding place which was behind an old brick wall, where I was crouched, a second ago.

Waving a hand at Henry and my other friends to follow, I dashed across the road and reached the huge wall that was built around the building we were targeting.

Ha! A barrier.

And no barriers could stop me from reaching my targets.

"Henry, leg up." I hissed at Henry.

"Aye, aye, captain." Henry grinned and at once came for my help.

I hastily placed a foot on his hand and he pushed me up. I grabbed on to the top edge of the rough brick wall and hoisted myself up.

"Phew." I muttered as I crouched on top of the wall and turned to face the others who were struggling to climb up.

"Here, take my hand." I whispered, offering a hand to help Emma up. Emma reached up, placing a foot on Max's shoulder and in one swift motion, pulled herself up on to the wall, beside me.

Mia was next. With a little help from her boyfriend, she climbed up and together, we helped Isla up.

"Guys!!!" Max hissed from below.

"Listen, you dumb fool, if you want, you can stay there. So stop whining like a baby." Emma growled. "No one wants you with us, after all." With a final glare in Max's direction, Emma jumped down with a soft thud.

I sighed and turned to Max. "She didn't mean that, you know." I said, trying to be nice.

"She sure did." Henry said as he climbed up.

"It's your choice, Maxy." I said and jumped down the wall, landing on the soft ground in a crouched position. Straightening up myself, I blew back a dark strand of my hair that was blocking my view, adjusted my bagpack and turned to face Henry who landed right beside me.

"In we go." I smiled, nodding toward the building.

He smirked and nodded.

"Why am I here again?" Max asked, landing next to us.
