2.P'PERTH

Saint usually leave for his work before Moon wake up, but today he decided to try something new for her. It's been a long time since they ate together, so he made breakfast for her. He was excited about the breakfast but at the same time he was also worried whether chocolate chip pancakes were still her favorite like before, or else he'll fuck up first thing in the morning. She loved it when he use to make them before. He again felt bad for being so distant from his little muffin. He choose pancakes cause pancakes and scrambled eggs were the only things he could cook without burning the whole house down.

" CEO of a restaurant chain and sucks at cooking ha", he remembered Alice teasing him. He would often remembered those days when Alice would cook them their favorite dishes and the dinner time was full of laughter and joy. He misses her a lot, his first love. "I promise to make her feel loved again Alice", he said to himself shaking his head and concentrating on cooking again.

It was 7 in the morning when her Nanny came and was shocked to see Saint in the kitchen. "Now that's an unusual sight", she said making him startle. " You scared the shit out of me, lay", he answered. " I was trying to make some breakfast for Moon", he said pouring some of the batter on the pan. Lemon was happy to see him in a bright mood after a long time.

Lemon was Alice's cousin. She was a University student and she also helps Saint in taking care of Moon. She makes her breakfast, gets her ready for school, and leaves for her university every morning and then pics Moon from her swimming classes after school.
(She knows about Moon's P'Perth and also has a little crush on him 🤫)

After a little conversation she was about to go upstairs to wake Moon up, and get her ready for school. When she saw the little figure climbing downstairs cutely rubbing her eyes, then the paused and sniffed the air. " Phi are you making pancakes, but you can never make them as good as Por, he makes the best pancakes", she said in her sleepy voice. To say, Saint was happy would be am understatement.

"Good morning, muffin", he greeted her. She was a little shocked but gave him the brightest smile she could manage, her sleepiness was long gone. "Breakfast will be ready in 10 mins, but first, go brush your teeth and get ready for school ", Saint said flipping the pancake. She quickly ran upstairs to get ready with Lemon. She got ready and came downstairs after 10 mins, it usually takes her 15-20 minutes but today it seems like a spirit of a racer possessed her. Saint chuckled and shook his head at her cute behavior of his daughter and plated their breakfast on the dining table, where Moon and lemon joined him.

"It tastes the same Por..., so yummy", she complimented him while stuffing her small mouth with big bites of pancakes drowned in syrup. Saint was happy to do this for her, spending time with her. He regretted not doing this earlier. Lemon was smiling at the sight which brought a bit of warmth to her heart. She didn't remember seeing Saint eating a proper breakfast after Alice's death. She was happy that her Phi finally decided to move on.

"Por can we have a puppy, like P'Perth na, na na na", she asked still a little hesitant. It was the first time she asked something from him so of course, he can't refuse but he was struck by a strange name here. "Who is P'Perth?", he thought to himself. "Ok Muffin, we'll have a puppy but who is this P'Perth? Didn't I told you to stay away from strangers?", He asked her politely. He didn't want to scold her today. Lemon then interrupted by saying that he is their new neighbour. "He lives with his sister P' Sammy. She was my senior at the university", she added and Saint nodded.

"Okay, which dog do you want to have, Muffin", he asked to which she answered that they can adopt a rescued dog from their adoption center as P'Perth did.
