4.APOLOGY

Saint decided to take a leave today as it was the weekend and he promised Moon to take her to the Adoption Center to get their new puppy. He made scrambled eggs for their breakfast today. Moon was still sulking, But she forgot everything after he reminded her of the adoption thing and smiled brightly.

After their lunch, Saint was busy with his work on his laptop and Moon was right in front of him scribbling something on a paper. She got up from her place and held piece of decorative paper in front of Saint's laptop screen. He moved his eyes from the paper to Moon who was standing right behind his laptop, looking at him.

"I made this card for Perth, it's a thank-you card you should give him an apology gift too", she said more like scolding. "Are you still my daughter muffin or he already stole you from me?", he asked her. "I love you Por, I'm your daughter no one's gonna steal me from you" she answered reassuring Saint. "Khrub Mae~, I'll do as you say", he said teasing her.

Saint took his tab and gave it to her after opening the site, letting her choose a watch for her P'Perth. After some time she selected a class black Armani watch. "She got my choices" Saint thought in his mind. "Okay we'll collect it from the shop before we pick P'Perth", he said to which she nodded.

"Now go tell your Phi that we'll pick him up at 6:30 pm cause we need to visit the Adoption Center too", he said and she went running towards his house which was right across from ours." Be careful, don't trip over something again", he shouted for her, but she continued to run. "Kids", he sighed shaking his head.

Perth woke up late today as it was his day off. "Bitch I need some sleep after working my ass off on 12 hour shift and covering P'Plans work as he was not able to bring his sore ass to work yesterday and called in for sick leave", was the reason he gave to himself. He straight had his lunch after waking up as breakfast time was far gone.

Suddenly his phone rang, it was a call from In, his university friend. He helps Perth taking care of Dad's Restaurant by working there as a manager Along with Pharm and P'Korn. He was also very close to Dad like a second son. Perth accepted the call.

"Asshole, where have you and Sammy been, don't forget that this is your restaurant, visit your place sometimes", he cursed without a break. "Easy there In, since I've just started working here I've been busy. I can't take leave it's just my second month as an assisting surgeon here", Perth explained. "Dad will be proud of you Perth", he said all of a sudden making Perth remember his parents. "Tell me something I don't know" Perth retorted to lighten the mood. "Okay, I'll try to visit next weekend", he said. Then they chatted about some work stuff and the call ended. Perth heard the doorbell ring.

"Phi can I come in?", she asked. He got up, opened the door, and signalled her to come in." You came alone today, where's Nong Lay", he asked. "Por took the day off, so Phi won't come today", she replied with a bright smile on her face.

"Phi you remember the apology dinner right, we'll pick you at 6:30 cause we'll visit the Adoption Center too", she said in one breath.

" I know, I'll take him with us too, it's his vaccination day", I said pointing at Vanilla who was now sitting on her lap happily moving his tail. After that, she asked Perth for his number and left.

Saint and Moon went to the mall near them to collect their ordered watch and went to pick Perth up.
