Ang liit lang ng Cebu tapos isang lingo na tayong nag-hahanap...wala pa rin." Dagdag pa nito at ininom ang malamig na tubig na binili ko sa cafeteria.

"Eh sa Mantalongon?" Tanong ko ulit pagkatapos kong uminom ng tubig din at binalewala ang sinabi nito.

"Not yet...But I'm planning to go there." Aniya at sumandal sa upuan at inilibot ang tingin.

Umiling ako at winagayway ang kamay ko sa kanya. "'Wag na, ako na ang pupunta ro'n. Ako na mismo mag-hahanap." Ani ko.

"When?" He then asked.

"After graduation. Next week." I answered.

Tumango ito. "Okay...I'll tell Kuya Paris to wrap up. Anyway! Nagugutom na ako. Ano ba'ng menu ngayon dito?" Anito sabay tayo.

"May clubhouse sandwich, hamburger. But if you want rice may afritada." Ani ko.

He smirked at me. "Okay, master!" Anito na humalakhak pa.

Akma ko s'yang kukurutin ng naka-ilag ito at nag-tungo na sa counter.

Napabalik ako sa kanina nami'ng pag-uusap.
