( this chapter is in Colby's POV)

"I think I broke her," I told Sam.

"Why do you think that?" Sam asked me.

"Because of Sam. I let the fans get to me. Now y/n don't want to talk to me." I replied.

"Did you try taking her somewhere ?" Sam asked me.

"Yes, but she kept telling me she was too tired. That's when I told her to just drop me off here," I replied.

"Colby just gives her some time," Sam told me.

"Sam, I did. And that was not by choice," I replied.

"Colby. Listen, give it a few more days, ok?" Sam told me.

"Then what?" I asked.

" Then take her on a date. Stargazing or something," Sam told me."

I let a few days pass before trying to text y/n again. It said she was reading them but never a reply. I decided to just see if the other boys, would want to have a party. But just us for and their girls. I didn't want them to feel left out. They all agreed it would be fun. Corey decided to help me get the drinks and food. Sam and Jake got the house ready for the party. Once everything was bought and set up, it was already 6 pm. We decided to just go ahead and start.

The boys and I were taking videos for our Instagram stories. I noticed that Y/n was viewing my story. Corey and the others said she was viewing theirs, as well.

"Sam I am going to be in my room," I told Sam before making my way to my room.

"Is Colby okay?" Tara asked Sam.

"Honestly, no. Ever since Y/N stopped talking to him he has been this way." Sam told Tara.

"Oh my God. She stopped talking to him?" Tara asked.

"Unfortunately, yes," Sam replied.

"Why?" Tara asked.

"I thought you already knew?" Sam said confused.

"Oh wait, that was why she went to Arizona," Tara told Sam.

"Yeah," Sam said.

The whole house went silent when I came back downstairs. I went into the kitchen and sat down. Everyone else started to sit with me. "Colby," Jake said trying to get my attention.

"I don't want to talk," I told Jake.

"Colby please, talk to us," Corey told me.

" No," I replied.

"Colby, if you don't tell us, you are only going to hurt more," Sam told me.

I sighed before answering cause I know it is true.

"Okay..." I told Sam.

"What is bothering you the most?" Jake asked.

"I miss her...I fucking miss her," I replied as I looked down.

"How much do you miss her?" Tara asked.

"A lot," I replied.

"If she was here, what is the first thing you would do?" Katrina asked me.

I thought about it for a minute before replying.

"I would just hold her while telling her how sorry I am," I replied wishing she was actually here.

"What if you could?" Jake told me.

"Then I would, but she is not here, so I fucking can't" I replied.

"Colby...You will be able to. Ok?" Corey told me.

"No. She hates me," I replied.

"Usually when stuff like this happens, and the girl stops talking to me, I move on. But Y/n? She is different," I added.

"How is she different Colby?" Corey asked me.

" Well, she makes me have hope, she makes me feel like I could go out again," I replied.

"Out as in, dating?" Jake asked.

"Yeah pretty much," I replied.

"Look, Colby. Let me talk to her okay?" Tara told me.

"I am with Tara," Katrina said before smiling at me.

"Well Katrina and I will," Tara told me before getting up.

"You are both going now?" I the girls.

"Yup," Katrina said before walking out the door with Tara.

"Well, it is just us boys," Jake said.

"Colby, I have an idea," Corey told me.

"What is the idea?" I asked Corey.

"Why don't you write her a letter, and give her roses?" Corey asked me.

"I have done that before," I replied.

"Yeah Corey," Jake said jokingly.

"Hey, I am just helping," Corey told Jake before laughing.

" It's okay guys. I will figure out something," I told the guys.

It was 12 am and I was scrolling through social media. I decided I should get ready to sleep. That is when Tara called me. We ended up talking for a while. Before we decided to hang up, that is when she told me something I wanted to hear.

" Katrina and I talked to her," Tara told me.

"What did she say?" I asked Tara.

"She misses you too," Tara told me.

"Yeah right, she still hates me," I replied.

"See for yourself," Tara told me.

"When?" I asked Tara.

"You will see," Tara said giving me a small smile.

"Okay, well I need to go to bed, talk tomorrow?" I asked Tara.

"Yes, we can talk tomorrow," Tara replied.

We both said our goodbyes before hanging up. "What if she does miss me?" I thought to myself.

"As Tara said, I will see for myself," I thought to myself.
