V3 Chapter 2.7

5 The mofumofu house

A gentle smell of greenery. The tip of Sena-san's tail curled up and is very mofumofu, a very soft texture.

It would definitely feel pleasant to bury my face in it and sleep there, but it would be a waste to do so. It felt like I could touch it forever, and continue moving my fingers.

While enjoying the fluffiness together with the Rotos, Sena-san lightly patted my head.

"Boss called for you, so go to his room"

"Ah, alright. Thank you very much for letting me frolic with you" after saying my gratitude for have indulged in the mofuness, I give a bow.

Escorted by Sena-san, I started walking down the stairs and head to Shize-san's room after I asked the Rotos to carry the fruits to the kitchen. Just then, Chise-san came approaching with a big smile on his face.

"I've hunted the ingredients for lunch, Rhonya, you'll cook for us right?"

"Yes. I don't mind but... Why the intentional hunt?"

While I was talking about how it was actually fine to not purposely hunt for the ingredients, Chise-san had already jumped out the window. I had always thought how he was the most wild-natured among the members of the DemiMercSquad.

I knocked on Shize-san's door, but there was no reply. After waiting for a while, I slowly opened the door and said "Shize-san, I'm coming in?"

A wide room decorated with black themed color. I could not feel Shize-san's presence within the room, but I heard the running noise of water, so I'm sure he's in the bathroom. When I thought to come back again later, a voice reverberated from the bathroom.

"Rhonya?"

"Please excuse me, I will come back again later"

"No need. Come over here"

While thinking what he needed me for, I approached the bathroom as he directed.

"Yes, Shize-san?"

I thought he could've heard my voice through the door, but just then the door opened.

A wet lion- I mean, a wet handsome man came through the door.

Shize-san only wore a pants, and his fit upper body was right by my eyes. Troubled as where to gaze, I quickly faced away.

"I'll get Sez and another member to protect you, so don't go somewhere without our notice" said Shize-san while wiping his wet hair with the towel.

"A-alright"

While I replied, but I could not face my gaze towards Shize-san.

Calm down, me. Let's think of him as the fluffy him.

The person in front of me is not a half-naked handsome man, but a lion! Believe in it...! But that would be wonderful as well!

"Oi, are you listening? Face here"

Shize-san lifted my face up by the chin while I hung my head and looked down towards my feet.

His buffy chest, and his two reliable looking hands flew directly into my gaze. Atop of those trained muscles, drops of water traced down. {She flew into his embrace}

My eyes followed them and slowly moved downwards. I told you not to look, me!

As I raise my gaze again in a fluster, my eyes met with Shize-san who was clad in his towel. His coercive amber eyes felt like it looked straight into me.

"We'll protect you. So don't go anywhere"

"Alright"

I could only obediently nod to his serious toned request.
