McGonagall's Baby

After all the new first years were Sorted I walked up to the Professor table. I was beyond nervous. I think she could tell.

"Did you need something Miss Snape?" All the Professors looked shocked.

" Yes, would you mind if we had a talk?" I rubbed my arm pulling my sleeve down balling it in my fist.

"Of course. Meet me upstairs after our feast." She nodded.

"Thank you Headmaster. " I Smiled happily.

Everyone's mouths practically dropped. I nearly forgot not many people have seen Me smile. So, I made my way back to the Hufflepuff table hearing the Whispers as I walked by.

"Did you hear Scorpius finally adopted someone? I wonder why he chose Celestial. I bet she's a cheater Just like Severus."

"Yeah She's weird. I doubt they will last..."

"I bet you the fascination runs out quicker than an unused battery." They laughed.

I leaned by the students ears placing my hands on their shoulders.

"Aren't you both single?" I whispered.

"Yeah, there isn't a girl alive Good enough for us. You're Just Jealous."

"Guys! How cute! You don't have to hide it. It's obvious you two are asking for a foot up your ass! I'll be glad to lend you a foot if you don't shut your mouth..."I smiled happily.

"Woah. You are Capable of smiling!"

"I told her She Should do it More. But, I don't blame her. Thought of you in pain is pretty entertaining. " Scorpius slapped them in the back of the head. They seemed to shy a way.

"Why do they always Seem to be more Scared when you're around?" I sighed.

"simple really, Dad's a Death Eater." He shrugged.

"I was raised by one too." I shrugged.

"Well, no offense but mine is still alive." he had a point as much as I hated it.

"You know. One of these days you're gonna say something to the wrong person, and you're gonna get your ass kicked." I laughed.

After lunch I went to meet Miss McGonagall.

"How was your Christmas dear?" She asked writing on some paper.

"Amazing. Thank you for the food!" I smiled.

"I had hoped you and Fred would enjoy it." She snickered.

"You knew!?" I looked shocked.

"Yes, nothing goes on here without my knowledge. It was very nice thing for you to do for each other. But none of the less. I must take away 5 points from both Hufflepuff and Gryffindor sneaking a student off grounds. I hope you understand." She glanced up making eyes contact.

"Of course. It's only fair." I rolled my eyes.

"I also got to go visit Scorpius as well, as his parents." I said sitting down playing with my necklace.

"I see. And how was that?" She asked now giving me her full attention.

"His Dad didn't seem to like me too much. But he did answer a few questions for me."

"Oh that's good." She smiled.

"He brought something up that seemed to catch my eye." I continued.

"And what was that dear?" She asked

"He said, Harry saw a vision of you holding me as a baby, and that's how Harry and Draco found out about me." I said.

"I see. That is why you wished to talk?" She sighed sitting back almost sad.

"Yes. What didn't you tell me?" I asked. "Who are my parents?"

"He didn't tell you? Severus that is?" She looked shocked.

"No. He simply told me the story of Hogwarts but, obviously not the entire thing. Then I come here and find that everyone he thinks he died from a snake bite? He got sick and passed away Headmaster when I turned  nine years old." I said getting frustrated.

"well, What all do you need to know?" she asked.

"Well, why was I hidden away?"

"Well, With Severus being your guardian it put you in a lot of danger. In order to protect his secret and you he Made a deal with you-know-who. You are a powerful witch Celestial, and everyone that Knew of you knew that. All I know is after the War Harry and Draco came to me with you. Harry said Severus was a Spy for Dumbledore and We Were to hide you somewhere safe until he could come for you. because, yes he lived. How I'm not sure..."

"Where was I Kept? Where did I grow up?"

"When we left that room our Memories were Wiped a precaution Severus had set. only he knows. After he died from his illness he Wanted you sent to America afraid You -know-who followers would try to find you. He has specific instructions on how to Keep you safe. Harry and Draco trusted him... Dumbledore trusted him. He Was a dear friend I wish I Could've helped."

"Okay. Who were my parents?" I asked desperately.

"I don't know..."

"Am I even related to Severus?"

"I don't Know..." she sighed. "all I know is he raised you as his own. He worked with Dumbledore so he could raise you. But to keep you secret. It was Always all about Lily."
She grinned as I began trying to calm my breathing.
