"Wake up, you little shit. " A gruff voice screamed into Percy's ear. His eyes shot open to see his captor, the man who'd taken him from the Argo II.

Immediately, Percy's hand went toward his chest. But instead of a wound he only felt leather stitches where the wound had been sewn.

Percy's vision cleared enough, so he was able to take in the boy's appearance. Percy didn't know what he was expecting but it definitely wasn't that he would recognize his foe so easily.

His hair was a sandy blond color, and he was around an inch taller than Percy. He was wearing simple clothes, pants and a baggy shirt. As Percy tried to meet the boy's eyes, shivers went down his spine. It was beyond Percy's comprehension how eyes could be this disdainful, cold and merciless. They were blue, cold and calculating but like they would explode at the slightest provocation.

Percy tried to throw his hands toward the boy, only to realize they were chained to the wooden wall. The light rocking back and forth of the surface confirmed his suspicion that they were on a ship.

"Luke Castellan." Percy spat out the words like poison.

Luke didn't reply but instead he smiled maliciously.

"Where am I ?" Percy asked, consciously trying to make his voice sound menacing and venomous. Percy wasn't one to be confident in his abilities, but he knew Luke would recognize his tone immediately. Turns out, he was right. Where there was once anger in Luke's eyes, there was fear.

"You're the Dark Steed." Luke said plainly, his voice holding not a sliver of emotion.

"The one and only." Percy replied, his usual troublemaker smile replacing the steely expression he wore not thirty seconds ago.

"You are the fiercest fighter in all the continent, you beat me and burned my old ship to the ground. And I captured you-"

"While I was making out with my girlfriend." Percy pointed out, noting how easily the word girlfriend rolled off his tongue. They'd never discussed it because, well, they didn't get the time.

Luke appeared to have not heard him because he continued. "And and I captured you, oh wait till the Captain finds out."

"The captain?" Percy asked. "You're working for someone else." A dry, satirical laugh escaped his throat, which may have been a mistake. Luke's fist collided with Percy's jaw and pain shot through the latter's face. Percy felt something coppery and wet in his mouth, blood.

"You bastard, learn to talk to me respectfully, or I'll skewer you with my sword." Luke pressed the tip of a golden and black blade against Percy's throat. Instead of feeling scared, Percy only felt angrier.

"You wouldn't, that'd upset your Captain." Percy taunted, sending the most annoying smirk he could to Luke. This time, as a contrast to his earlier punch, Luke stabbed Percy. He brought his sword tip first into Percy's left hand, the green-eyed boy yelled out in pain.

"Patch him up." Luke said, in a deep and growly tone, to someone in the darkness. "Watch your mouth, Jackson. Or it'll get way worse than that."

As Luke turned to leave, Percy spat out a mouthful of blood. "Run off, like you did with her."

Luke let out a frustrated grunt and was about to kick Percy in the face when an all too familiar voice yelled "NO! No, please, please Luke. Just leave him be, please."

Luke only scowled and left as Percy's face visibly paled. A soft click resounded off the door as a girl ran toward Percy, sending him further into shock.
