The nine children quietly waited for their tenth companion to return with his new comrades.

Jason had suggested that Leo should be the one to retrieve Connor and Travis, considering he would spend a lot of time with them before his departure. But now, Jason wasn't so sure.

Annabeth and Piper were communicating in whispers as Percy and Reyna exchanged a troubled look. And in synchronization, looked at Jason. The sun haired one sighed, seeing no alternative.

This was his kingdom, if he wasn't going to fight for it, no one was.

The shuffling alerted the teens as they each drew their weapons and pointed them in the direction of the approaching shadows.

Soon, however, Bianca was able to make out Leo with two others kids, brothers. They both had dark brown hair and eyes of the same color, and they almost looked completely alike. But, ones face looked older, more ... mature, classifying him as the older brother.

"We know of a secret passage." The older of the two, Travis, as Nico was informed, told Jason.

From the conversation between the two boys, Nico had extracted quite a bit of information. Firstly that Sally was alive and well and that Persephone had committed suicide in the consuming grief of his father's death.

Walking was a disaster, Frank's bow kept pinching his back as they neared the castle from behind the old 'bazaar'.

Once to the building, however, the Stolls took them around the palace to the base of Jason's old room.

Connor placed a finger over his lips as he and Travis began to remove rocks and bricks away from there. The rest of the royals began to copy their actions in silence.

Apparently, from underneath Jason's old bedroom was a passage that led straight to below the kings quarters and the hall, but it was also on ground level with the dungeons.

Thus, the plan was made, Annabeth decided that they split up. Her, Percy, Jason, Piper and Reyna were to go after Thalia and Luke while the rest were going to free Sally from the dungeons and join the others.

And somewhere under the castle, where a passage led to the dungeons, the two teams split up.
