mariana's pov (woah)

i drove down the highway listening to the quiet hum of the music coming out of the car. i glanced at kavia in the passenger seat and sighed. i drove for a few more minutes before looking down at her phone showing the gps. if we're staying with her sister why does she have us going to an address in new jersey? i don't want to start something with her but this is so sus. i glanced at her sleeping again breathing heavily. her face contorted and she moved a little before going still again. i turned back to the road and focused. where are you taking us kav?

kavia's pov

i woke up rubbing my eyes and seeing the sun starting to rise through the windshield.

"oh thank god you're awake i have to pee so bad and i'm hungry and tired and my legs hurt-"

"okay okay sorry haha you could've woken me up." i say groaning and sitting up.

mariana pulled off at the next exit and drove to the nearest gas station.

"i'm going to pee," she said quickly grabbing her phone and mask (please wear one thank you).

i slowly put on my shoes and got out to fill up the gas tank. by the time it was done mariana had come back out.

"i'm gonna go pee and get some food what do you want?" i asked stretching my legs.

"donuts." she replied yawning.
