Always high on life, Sunaina’s quintessential reaction to everything was a scream and today as she met Sidharth and Shehnaaz, she greeted them in her trademark style, piercing their ears.

“Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii Sidharrrtttthhhh” she hugged him first and then turned to Shehnaaz, screaming a hi into her ears, leaving Shehnaaz awkwardly nursing her ear.

Sidharth chuckled looking at the cute sight and hugged her from the side, as if empathizing with her.

“baby this insane girl is Sunaina. My childhood friend” Sunaina grinned ear to ear

“And Sunaina, Meet Shehnnaz. The girl who has my heart” he introduced, blushing slightly himself.

“whoa, look at you turn into a romance enthusiast. I mean are you even capable of such poetic language?” she was still recovering from the shock upon seeing the changed version of her friend.

To which he simply pointed out at Shehnaaz “Do you blame me?” he retorted, Smiling at Shehnaaz with love written all over his face.

“absolutely not, She’s totally worth all the wait” saying this, Sunaina hugged Shehnaaz again excitedly and led them inside the party.

Her elation upon meeting Sidharth’s girlfriend seemed to have transcended to all of his friends as they began hooting and cheering as if he had come home with a trophy.

Shehnnaz shot a nervous glance at him “what are they so happy about? And what’s with all this screaming?” she asked discreetly making him laugh

“They are celebrating my first ever time in a relationship” he second guessed, smiling sheepishly.

She didn’t know if the conquest was won already, but being his first ever, did leave her reeling.

Indraneil, Megha, Rishi, Abhishek and Sunaina all gathered around to meet the couple, who blushed like newly weds.

“My godddd, Sidharth this was a super surprise. I want to know each and every thing. How did you guys meet? How did the sparks fly?” Megha chirped, clapping her hands.

“And what are you? News 24, wanting to know the deets” Sidharth’s voice trailed off, as he walked to the bar and returned as quickly with a scotch for himself and a can of coke for her.

Both the girls obviously went swooning at his gesture while Abhi and Indraneil slapped their foreheads.

“M so happy for you both. Now I can die a peaceful man” Rishi wiped his fake tears, as he took Shehnaaz’s hand and pecked her knuckles in a very gentlemanly manner and moved to Sidharth, slapping his back.

Despite her initial reservations, Shehnaaz found herself mixing with his friends easily as the conversation flew back to their school life.

They were genuinely nice people and she felt a bit guilty of having judged them too soon.

“Are you ok?” Sidharth’s hand crept around her waist as he hushed into her ears and she hummed in response, smiling back warmly.

“Are you having a good time or should we say bye?” before she could answer him, Sunaina was back at their side.

“Did I hear a bye? No way. You can canoodle with your girl later. Let her enjoy the party” she admonished in jest, making Shehnaaz blush, while Sidharth smirked.

“If you call this canoodling u should see us doing it actually. Its way too hotter” he quipped, rolling his tongue in his cheek and a mischievous smile danced on his face.
