Someone recommended a chapter on reliable TikTok shifters, so here it is!
As we all hopefully know, TikTok is not the best site or app to use when searching for shifting help, that is, if you're on the wrong side of shift-tok. Thankfully, over the months I have known of shifting, I have gotten to know who is reliable and who isn't. Below is a list of a few who I always go to when I need answers or tips, I also added a brief description of each user.
Disclaimer: I do not know everything about these people, obviously. So if it just so happens they have a video of something incorrect about shifting, just know I'm sorry for recommending them, and I did not know of the incorrect information that they are giving out. Also, all of these shifting accounts shift to Hogwarts, but you can find their information helpful no matter where you are shifting to.

I just recently followed her and after watching a good amount of her videos, she seems legit and reliable. She gives tips about shifting, methods, her shifting routine, and videos about her dr. She also has great motivational shifting videos.
- @thestralshift
I have been following her for a long time and I love her shifting videos so much. She is super down to earth and a great resource for shifting help. She posts videos of methods, tips, and motivation. Most of her videos are about her shifting experiences, but I find that super helpful when it comes to motivation for shifting and believing in myself. I highly recommend her.

I have also been following her for a long time. She mostly posts videos of her shifting experiences and povs of her and the harry potter characters, but as I said before, that may be helpful for some people who need motivation. Sometimes she posts videos of shifting tips but it is mostly stories from her dr.

She has amazing videos on tips and methods. She is super reliable and I absolutely love her motivational shifting videos, they really make me excited to shift. She is super kind and does a great job explaining things that have to do with shifting.

I recently followed her but she seems like a good resource when it comes to shifting tips and motivation. She also posts videos that are not related to shifting but for the most part, she posts videos about shifting tips. She also has great videos explaining different aspects of shifting.
- @victoriagrace_1111
I have been following her for a while as well. As for shifting tips videos, she doesn't have much but she does have lots of povs which may be helpful to some of you. Also, from time to time she will post motivational videos about shifting. Just as a disclaimer, most of her videos are not about shifting but I am still including her because she has some great shifting videos on her account.
- @just.shifting.thingss
I recently found her on TikTok but from the videos I've seen, she seems reliable and helpful. She posts more than just shifting videos, just as a disclaimer. But she also posts lots of motivation shifting videos, dr experiences, and shiting tips.
- @railed_by.draco
I have found that she is one of the most helpful shift-tokers out there, along with @thestralshift. She has great motivational videos and very helpful videos explaining different aspects of shifting. In addition to that, she posts stories from her dr and videos of why you may not be shifting. She also teaches about symptoms and all different methods. I highly recommended her.
