Disclaimer: I thought of this method on my own, with no inspiration from anyone. Although I won't call it mine or give it a name since I am not sure if someone has created this before. 

The method:

Start off meditating, listening to subs, any of your nightly routine things. Then lie down in any comfortable position. Imagine your cr self writing (either on a computer or on paper) a scene you want to happen in your dr. Imagine yourself writing for at least a minute, then imagine your conscious going into the computer/paper and become your dr self. You could imagine this kind of like when Harry Potter goes into the pensieve, kind of like you are falling into the story. Then visualize yourself doing whatever you were writing about, think about all of your senses, touch, smell, hear, taste, and see. As you continue to visualize the scene, say affirmations in your head. Do this for as long as you want, preferably you will have felt shifting symptoms before you fall asleep.
