Having trouble shifting? Think about it this way...
Shifting is something your mind does all. The. Time. Every second of your life. When it comes to shifting realities to your desired reality, like Hogwarts, methods help, subliminals help, meditating helps, but you can shift doing none of those things. In fact, you don't even need to drink tons of water to shift, you can also have doubts about it. All that is needed in order to shift is the intention to do it. And that's true about almost everything. Want to eat healthier, sure diets work, but setting that intention is why you will start to eat healthier.
So, when you are getting discouraged about shifting, thinking you will never do it, just think that every attempt brings you closer to the first time you do it. Today could be the day, who knows? If you want it to be the day you shift, it will be the day you shift.
Just don't think so much about it, think of it as something that is so incredibly easy. It does not take a lot of effort unless you think that it does. Also, stay patient about it. Know that it will happen, maybe not today, maybe not this week, but it will happen soon.
One more thing to think about...
The day you shift for the first time you will feel elated, so beyond excited and happy. It could quite possibly be the happiest day of your life. And don't you want that?
