In this chapter, you will learn about shifting methods. Because there are tons of methods, this will be part 1, part 2 will come soon. The methods I will be talking about in this chapter are the Raven and Pillow method. Please note that I got this information from other sites and none of these methods were created by me.

*I suggest meditating to Subliminals before trying shifting methods*

Raven Method:

Lying down on your bed in a starfish position (you can lay on your back or stomach, doesn't matter), slowly count to 100. In between each number say (in your head) affirmations to yourself. Affirmations are sentences like, I will shift, I will wake up in my dr, I will shift with ease, things like that. *if you want me to make a chapter about affirmations, comment down below*

While counting, think about your dr. You don't have to visualize but it's important to think about what your dr smells, feels, looks, and sounds like. Once you get to 100 continue to think about your dr, you can also continue chanting affirmations to yourself. Make sure to fall asleep while thinking about your dr. Something to keep in mind is to not move at all during these methods. I have made that mistake and it does make a difference. If you must move, you have to start the method over again. I also suggest having a script that you follow. Listening to Subliminals is also great.

Pillow Method:

This method is very simple, everyone can do it!

After writing your script (I suggest reading through your script every night before shifting), fold it up and put it under your pillow and then continue to sleep in whatever position you find comfortable. There really isn't much else to this method, although lots of people have said that this is not enough for them to shift and that they suggest chanting (in your head) affirmations until you fall asleep. You don't have to listen to subminals for this method but I highly recommend it.
