Hey guys! So, I know we all hate lying in the starfish position, I hate it too. Well, I learned today that you don't actually have to. Some people might say it's a must but I have been watching shifting videos recently to educate myself even more and this girl said the first time she shifted she was doing the Raven method but lying on her side instead of the starfish. Now that I think about it, it makes sense, like why do we need to lay like that? Well, we don't. It's your lucky day!
