After breakfast, we went to Arthurs chambers. I was helping Merlin fold some of Arthur's shirts.

"That rat!" Arthur jumps up from his bed holding his boot and comes to merlin and I "It's eaten through my boot. Look at it."

Arthur holds his boot out to us.

"I guess the rat must be as hungry as the rest of us," Merlin says.

Arthur lowers his hand "You think this is funny?"

"Moderately"

"Yeah, maybe a little," I say at the same time as Merlin.

Arthur throws the boot at Merlin "Get it mended and find that rat."

"Have you given any more thought to what Anhora said last night?" Merlin asks

"Ah well, he may have escaped last night, but at least we now know who we're looking for." Arthur replies "I told my father I will find this Anhora and end it."

Merlin picks up Arthurs other boot.

"What if he was telling the truth about the curse," Merlin says

Arthur sinks onto his chair by the table "You think I'm responsible for bringing suffering upon my own people?"

"No, well not on purpose," I say "When you killed the unicorn, I saw Anhora in the forest."

Arthur looks at me in the corner of the room "Why didn't you say anything?"

"It was just for a split second, then he disappeared. I didn't-- well I thought I was seeing things. But he was definitely there." I reply

"I can vouch for her. I saw him too." Merlin states

"That doesn't actually prove anything," Arthur says

"Doesn't it make you think he might be telling the truth?" Merlin asks.

"Because he was skulking about in the forest? It makes me trust him even less." Arthur replies.

"Why would Anhora appear in Camelot and lie to you?" I ask walking to the table where Arthur and Merlin were.

"We had him cornered. He was trying to talk his way out of it by blaming me." Arthur explains.

"Arthur, he can disappear into thin air. He didn't have to talk his way out of anything." Merlin states.

Arthur stands up "My father has warned me about sorcerers like him. They will not rest until our kingdom is destroyed."

"I believe he's telling the truth. " Merlin says

"So do I," I say.

"Then you are fools." Arthur says "You cannot trust a single word a sorcerer says. You'd do well to remember that. Now I think I've figured out what Anhora's next move is going to be, and when he makes it, we're going to be waiting for him."

That night Arthur and I went to patrol where he thought Anhora would be we left Merlin to guard. Arthur and I came back into the room where Merlin was supposed to be guarding, but instead we find him sleeping.

Arthur and I stop and look at him. I look around the room and see a broom. I pick it up and hand it to Arthur. He smiles at me and hits Merlin over the head.

"Don't worry about keeping watch, Merlin. You just make yourself comfortable." Arthur says sarcastically.

Merlin sighs and smacks his lips again.

Arthur and I walked away.

"Stop smacking your lips. It's annoying." Arthur says back to him

"I'm thirsty," Merlin shouts.
