I woke up in the middle of the night to hear a foreboding noise I glance at Merlin.
"Did you hear that?" I ask
"Yeah, what was that?" Merlin replies.
"I have no idea," I say
Merlin and I get out of bed and walk downstairs.
"Can't sleep?" Gaius asks
"Something woke us," Merlin says
Gaius looks up from his work "What?"
"I don't know a feeling," I say
"What kind of feeling?" Gaius asks
"Powerful magic here, in Camelot," I say
The door bursts open and Gwen runs in.
"Gwen, what's wrong?" I ask
"My father's been arrested." Gwen stops in front of me.
"Arrested?" I ask "What for?"
"They say he was making weapons for a sorcerer! They're charging him with treason!" Gwen exclaims.
I run into my room and get changed into a dress and a cloak.

I run back downstairs.
"What are you doing?" Merlin asks
"I'm taking Gwen to see her father," I reply
"Wait I'll come with," Merlin says
He runs upstairs and gets changed then comes back down. We take Gwen to the prison and wait for her outside so she can talk to her father alone.
A little later she comes back out.
"What did he say?" Merlin asks.
"He said Tauren came to him at the forge, offered to pay him a fortune for his help-- not to make weapons. For an experiment or something." Gwen explains.
"What kind of experiment?" I ask
"Tauren didn't say." She replies "But he used some kind of stone, some kind of magic."
Gaius took her up to our room and let her sleep in my bed. He comes back downstairs.
"She's sleeping now," Gaius says.
"I don't understand it. What would a sorcerer want with Tom?" Merlin asks.
"His forge. It's the finest in the kingdom." Gaius says
"You think Tom was lying?" I say "You think he really was making weapons?"
"No, I don't," Gaius says
"Then what?" I ask
"When Tom was arrested they found gold on him." Gaius states.
