The next morning I woke up to find Merlin lying on his bed, and books surrounded him. I get up and walk over to him.

"Is there a reason you are looking at love spells?" I ask

"Nope. None at all," Merlin says, closing the book he was reading.

"Okay, then... I need to go take Vivian her food." I walk to the door.

I stop and look at Merlin; He smiles at me. I shake my head and walk out the door.

I was walking to Vivian's room with her food when suddenly the carpet moved, and I fell onto my back. I shriek as I fell, and Vivian's food went everywhere. I get up and stare at the food.

"Ah well, she'll just starve."

I walk outside and see Arthur standing with his horse; he was staring at the floor. I walk over to him.

"What's wrong. It looks like something's bothering you." I say

Arthur sighs and hands his horse to a guard. "You read me like a book. I have made a fool of myself, that's all. That's everything."

We start walking.

"I'm sure that's not true," I say

"You have a good heart, Olivia; I'm afraid it is," Arthur says. "I have made a gesture, and It was not well received."

"Are you sure about that?" I ask

"Pretty sure."

"Then, you are wrong."

We stop, and he looks at me. "You are very close to the lady in question."

"I mean... yeah. Your gesture was appreciated," I say.

Arthur points at me. "You think there's hope."

"But of course. There is always hope."

"If only I could know," He says

"Yeah...." I smile

Arthur turns and walks away. I couldn't tell if he was cryptic or stupid. I walk into Arthur's chambers, where I knew Merlin would be.

"Hey!" I smile

"Hey, why aren't you with Vivian?"

"Yeah, well, I fell and dropped her food, so I just left it"

"You left her without food?"

"Yeah, she's more of a prat then Arthur," I say

Someone knocks on the door. Merlin looks at me then walks to the door and opens it to reveal Lady Vivian.

"I wish to see Arthur. Your master. My Lord." Vivian says.

"Your what?" Merlin asks

"My heart's delight."

I raise my eyebrows. She walks in.

"Oh no," Merlin says.

"Where is he?" Vivian asks

"He is not here right now," I say

"Which is a good thing I believe," Merlin adds

"Then I shall wait." She says

"I don't think that's a good idea. You're not even dressed" I say

"My love does not care what I wear, only that I am near. Now fetch him." Vivian says

"We cannot," Merlin says

"You will." She says.

I walk over to them "We shan't"
