Fun and 'other things'

Katara POV

Aaang and I headed back to my house after our little discussion. We planned on doing homework, but I had other things in mind. But I kept quiet about my real intentions.

As we were doing our homework, I kept noticing that he would occasionally stare at me. I thought it was cute.

Time went on and we finished our homework, so I decided to make my move.

Aang POV

"Aang can I tell you something?" Katara said

"Yea, what's up?" I responded.

"Ok... I kinda don't know how to put this in words but..." she trailed off.

"But what?" I inquired.

She stayed quiet for a while and I decided to speak
"Katara, are you oka-" I was cut off by Katara smashing her lips into mine. It caught me by surprise, but I melted into the kiss. After we pulled away, she said
"I really like you Aang..."

"I really like you too... but what does this mean... for us?" I asked.

"Well... do you want to be my boyfriend?" She asked

My eyes widened at the word boyfriend, but I responded. "Of course I would Katara."

She then leaned in to kiss me again, which I happily returned. But the kiss got more heated and eventually she straddled me.

I was surprised at this, but I was happy too. I didn't want to take it too far though.

As Katara continued to kiss me, i felt her hand reach down and rub my 'area' through my pants. I abruptly pulled away from our kiss, and Katara looked sad.

"Katara, it's not that I don't want to do it, it's just I'm not ready yet... I don't want our relationship to just be having sex and then moving on." Her sister expression softened and I continued to speak.

"I want our relationship to last...so I think we should take it slow"

She nodded her head and replied "I understand Aang. And I agree. I'm sorry for taking it a little too far"

"It's alright. We were just caught in the moment."

"Do you want to spend the night?" She asked.

"Sure. I would love to." I responded and she got under her covers in her bed.

"You know we can share the bed right?" She said.

"Oh ok... I just didn't want to step over any boundaries." I replied as I got under the covers.

I lied down facing away from Katara as I began to drift asleep. But before I knocked out, I felt Katara's arms wrap around me and she asked "is it ok if I cuddle you?"

I replied with "yea that would be nice" as I fell asleep in her arms.
