Part 20: The Ally

Jaune POV:

After dealing with the police and figuring out that Neo is a criminal working for none other than Roman Torchwick, I thought it was a good time to see if I couldn't start an alliance with him. So after a few days, Neo texted me and told me that Roman was interested to meet up in an old warehouse in the bad part of town. Thus I took three men with me and drove towards the location of the warehouse, and entered.

As I and my men, entered the warehouse, I saw there was mostly empty other than a few boxes here and there but no sign of Roman or Neo, until he suddenly appeared in front of me with Neo.

"Hello there, you must be Jaune," He said as he took out a cigar and handed his hand out for a handshake.

"Yea, that is me, and I have an offer for you," I said as I shook his hand.

"I know since you told Neo here you wanted to make an alliance?" He asked as he lighted the cigar and began smoking.

"That is a true plus, I think this deal will benefit us both,"

"Oh, how?" He asked sceptically.

"Well, you will gain an ally against the huntsmen and someone who used to be huntsmen in training, who also know how they operate,"

"Hmm, and How don't I know you are undercover?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Because I got in by faking my transcript and then got expelled, why would I be undercover for them?"

"You faked your transcript? Huh, you got some balls,"

"Right, however what about the deal are you in or not?" I asked him.

"Fine but, on one condition, You will do a job for me, and I'll become your ally,"

"Alright, what is the job?" I questioned him, wondering what he had in mind for me.

"It's easy, I want you to kill some huntsmen that have been on my trail recently,"

"Killing huntsmen, are you crazy?" I responded, questioning if he has lost his mind.

"No, I'm not crazy though, if you want this little alliance you better do the task,"

"Fine, but what about Beacon? they will most definitely be pissed and want to hunt us down,"

"That is your problem to deal with," He said before handed me a piece of paper and then disappeared.

As I took a look at the paper. I saw it was the name and faces of the huntsmen that were hunting him down and his scroll number. Next, I walked out of the warehouse and told one of my men to gather up some men to fight these huntsmen with me.

I also called up Agent 14 and, see if he couldn't give me some aura piercing bullets. He did though I owed him a favour for it. Then I ordered some men to get White Fang uniforms and weapons since we would stage this as a White Fang ambush.

After getting everything in the position, we went ahead and waited in an old factory for them. Then an hour later, they finally showed up, a group of three huntsmen, one was using a giant battleaxe, the second one was using some kind of assault rifle and the last one a crossbow.

Next, I signalled my men to wait until they got a bit closer. As they did I gave the order of attack, and my men peeked out of the hidden spots and opened fire on them. They were quick to react and quickly rushed to cover since their Aura wasn't stopping the bullets for them. So I ordered my men to get on top of the catwalks to get a better sight of them. The huntsmen noticed they weren't getting shot at so they lept out of cover and rushed our position, but I quickly pulled out a pistol and shot the crossbow huntsmen in the head, and my men took care of the other two.

Thankfully we didn't lose any men, although some were knocked out. So I ordered the rest to clean up and take the knocked ones out of there. Next, I had the men make the scene look like a fight occurred between the huntsmen and the White fang. Then I went home and called up Roman to tell him the huntsmen were dealt with.

"Well, Since you are calling the job is done?" Roman asked on the other end.

"Correct, The huntsmen are done. Beacon won't know that it was us," I responded while taking a sip of water.

"Good, and as I promised, I'll become your ally, but you better not fuck up,"

"Don't worry, I won't, goodbye Roman,"

"Goodbye, Jaune," He responded before ending the call.

"Fuck, what a long day this has been," I said to myself as I was trying to think about what to do next.

"Hey, Jaune are you already back home?" Velvet asked me as she entered the kitchen.

"Yea, by the way, do you wanna go out and eat something? since I'm starving," I said to her since it could nice to get away from this for a time and just hang out with some friends.

"Yea, That sounds nice," She responded with a smile.

"Alright, I know a good restaurant nearby,"

So I fucked up and had two chapters called part 5 that I just noticed so this is supposed to be part 20. Oh, yea thanks for 11k views on this story. I never expected this when I began writing this story but thank you a lot :D
