Jaune Arc The Criminal

Part 22: The Huntsmen and Planning for something big.

Jaune POV:

It had been a couple of days since I had ordered Velvet to take down the warehouse belonging to the Red Dragons, and surprisingly, she was a hard worker. Doing my orders without question and especially taking pleasure in dealing with a couple of racist gang members. Who thought it would be funny to hit one of my supply trucks. But sadly, I couldn't just kill them since they belonged to another gang since it could risk starting a war which I wouldn't want at the moment since it's bad for business.

Though the leader stated, he would take care of them and make sure this wouldn't happen again. Yet, I think he was lying since he was extremely racist towards my faunus soldiers and workers.

Anyways that was just a small amount of problems on my plate. Since I had a bigger one regarding the huntsmen. The huntsmen had been seen stalking my men and even arresting some on the charges of drug smuggling, I even called up some of the police officers I had in my pocket and asked what was going on since it was not normal for so many huntsmen to go after criminals.

The response was that Ozpin had ordered a lot of huntsmen and huntress to crack down on the criminality. And they had already taken down minor gangs in the area.

"Fuck," I said while trying to figure out what to do since I couldn't bribe Ozpin to stop either.

"Boss, some news regarding the huntsmen problem," A soldier said as he came into my office in one of my warehouses. (Gang members in Jaune's gang will be known as soldiers if they are at the bottom. Since I couldn't come up with another name)

"What is it now?" I asked, questioning how this situation could get worse.

"Some of our friends in the force. Have just told me the huntsmen are planning a raid on one of our business,"

"WHAT, WHICH ONE? " I yelled as I looked upon the soldier.

"The counterfeit business in a few hours," The soldier responded.

"Fucking hell, Begin moving everything from there to another location," I order the man and he immediately walked out of the office to relay the order.

As he walked out I dropped down in my chair, rubbing my eyes. Not knowing what my next step would be.

What felt like years, the huntsmen finally raided my business, but luckily I managed to sneak out everything illegal. So when they got in they couldn't arrest any of my staff since it was nothing they could use in court against them. But now I had to move it to another location that is much safer and secure. So I had everything moved into another warehouse and disguised it as a clothing factory. Then I got a call from Lester about something big that he had planned.

"Hey, Jaune, I got a house plan for the new house, so why don't you come over," Lester said at the end of the scroll. Knowing the house plan was a code, I said sure.

"Sure, I'll come by," I said and walked to the garage in the clubhouse.

Ten minutes later, I managed to get over to where Lester was staying and walked inside to his office, where I saw him with a planning board.

"There you are," Lester said as he used his cane, gesturing me to take a seat on the couch.

"You hade something planned? is it another bank heist?" I questioned, wondering if it was a good idea with so many huntsmen around.

"Well, we are going to hit the Vale big bank, except we are not going to hit the bank itself, but it's gold reserve hidden under the bank," He said as he gestured to the planning board. Where a building plan was along with different pictures of weapons, people, guards of the bank and keys.

"Alright, but how are we going to hit it then if the gold is under the bank itself?" I asked since we couldn't just go through the main door of the bank.

"That is because we won't since there exists a back door to the reserve. But it's heavily guarded so we will be doing this quietly," Lester said as he gestured to the pictures of silenced weapons.

"Right, what about selling and the cut for everyone?"

"Don't worry, I got a buyer ready, and the cut will be big enough that you could retire directly after,"

"I still think this is risky," I said, not fully believing this was going to work out.

"Don't worry everything, will go alright but let's now go on to the people you will be working with,"

Thirty minutes later, we finally managed to get over everything and I was surprised when Lester managed to get hold of ex atlas military soldiers for this heist. Then, after talking some more about where to get the weapons. We had to steal them from the militia since we couldn't just buy them.

After that, I drove home and when I got inside, I just dropped down on the couch, wondering how this was going to play out.
