Jaune POV:
Velvet was not happy when she found us drunk, but after helping her clean up the mess, we made she hugged me tightly. After that, she brought me up on current affairs and what was going on in the city.
A cartel from vacuo had been spotted in my turf, messing around and causing trouble. Not wanting to spark a war with the cartel, I managed to find a solution, an alliance. Where we would sell them drugs and help them in need, and they would not cause us trouble and hopefully become our allies.
But I need to request a meeting with their boss, and hopefully, he would accept since if we would go to war, I would surely lose. So after making some deals with the cartel lower supervisors, I luckily managed to request a meeting in the vauco desert in two days. Hopefully, all would end well and not in a gun battle.
So after two days of waiting, I sat in a black car driving in the vacuo desert since the cartel leader requested we'll do it in his kingdom and gave me no other choice than to accept. Then after a few hours of waiting, we finally came to the meeting point where a table and two chairs were set up and amidst a large man sitting in one of the chairs further with six small bags nearby.
I slowly approached and sat on the other end of the table and began speaking with him.
"Hello," I said, observing the large man who had black hair, emerald eyes, a scar over his right eye and tattoos on his arms.
"Hello, you must be jaune right, my name is Antonio and leader of my precious cartel," He told me with pride in his voice.
"Yes, but when I was in jail, I heard your cartel began to cause trouble in my turf, and I don't like that," I responded.
"Yes, my men did cause trouble, but those were rouges who have now been taking care of so we wouldn't have to bother with a war," Antonio responded and told his men to open the six bags, and when they did six heads were in them. "As you see, they have been taken care of," Antonio said as he approached one of the bags and lifted the head showcasing it.
"I can see that, but then let's get into business," I said while trying not to puke seeing the chopped off heads.
"Ah right, of course, we are all businessmen," Antonio responded with a smile and sat down again with the head in his lap, petting it like it was a cat.
"We both don't want a war since it's just bad for business, so why don't I sell you some of my wares for the right price," I told him, and Antonio began to think.
"Hmm, all right, since we both get what we want since you get money and I get drugs," He said, still with a smile on his face.
"So we have a deal then?" I asked him.
"Of course you have my friend," He said, and we shook hands before leaving.
Before leaving, he gave me the head of one of the rouges and not wanting to anger him I took it with me in the bag, not knowing what I would do with it. Then after a few hours, we were finally back in Vale and in my office within the clubhouse.
But I still had one problem left, and that was the huntsmen that Ozpin had sent to bring crime down in vale. I still didn't have a plan to deal with him and, I need one since the huntsmen are doing more work than the police.
The police, you could bribe them. But the huntsmen and huntresses are more complicated since they earn a lot better than your average police officer. But maybe I could point the huntsmen and huntress in a bad light. Making fake news on how brutal they are against criminals and even innocent civilians.
"Yea, that sounds like a plan," I told myself as I was sitting in the office and began to look up different news channels that I could bribe to enact my plans. I also called in some of my guys to look for rouge huntsmen and huntresses that I pay and use for my ideas.
