Part 27: The Shipment

Jaune POV:

As I were at my office in the clubhouse looking over documents of my business. I had told my men I didn't want to be disturbed until I suddenly hear a knock. Sighing, I ordered whoever knocked to come in, and I watched Ricky walk in and stand in front of me with his hands behind his back.

"What do you want?" I asked Ricky, and he pulled out a map of Vale and blueprints of what looked like an armoured train.

"Sorry boss, I know you didn't wanna be disturbed, but I thought this is important," Ricky said as he pulled out a smaller map of the wildness of Atlas.

"Alright, what is it?" I questioned him while gazing upon the blueprints and the maps.

"Okay, an armoured train filled with military hardware such as AK-200 robots. Along with military equipment will be moving through the kingdom of Atlas wilderness to an SDC mine. I thought we could rob it," Ricky answered while pointing out security guards, location of weapons, grenades, armour and the AK-200.

"Right, and why should I anger the Atlas military by stealing their hardware?" I asked.

"Because think if we get this, we could easily go against bigger criminals gangs, and your business will be better defended,"

"Well, it sounds like a good idea, but it's risky, and how did you even get ahold of this?" I questioned him.

"I have some old friends working on building and transporting trains like these so I managed to get my hands on these first before anyone else," Ricky said while looking over to me as I studied the blueprints.

"Hm, we might be able to pull it off if we get a good spot to ambush the train and with the right people," I said.

"Yea, so what is my orders boss," Ricky questioned.

"Call upon my best men, get us some fast but armoured vehicles, find a good spot to jump on the train and lastly find a way to transport the goods back home," I order rick who walked out of my office after saying yes to do their tasks. I laid back in my chair and began to draw up different plans in my head.

-------Three weeks later-------------

Third-person POV:

In the wilderness of Atlas, we can see three cars driving at high speed, dodging trees and rocks to hopefully catch up with a speeding train right in front of them. The vehicles were dune buggies build to fit five people, two in the front and three in the back. As they managed to get closer and closer to the speeding train, suddenly an explosion happened far in front of the train requiring it to brake, providing the thieves time to climb on board.

There are around 12 thieves onboard wearing white clothes with snow camouflaged body armour and assault rifles. They quickly jumped aboard the train and began to fight their way to the three containers that were holding the military equipment and AK-200s. They slowly fought their way there, but the activated robots were proving a challenge, and they already managed to kill one of them. One managed to throw an EMP grenade they managed to buy on the black market knocking the robots out.

After dealing with multiple AK-200 guarding the hardware, they finally managed to get to the containers. They quickly opened all three up and managed to spot two civilian bullheads coming close to them and began to land in front of them. So they quickly began to take out as much as they could and loaded it up on the first bullhead. After loading up as much military equipment and around twenty-five Schnee AK-200, they quickly began to leave before the atlas military would finally arrive.

Thankfully, the pilots who they managed to pay off stayed true to their word and flew them to the kingdom of Vale, where they then landed in the wilderness. After waiting for a bit, six trucks began to stop in front of them, they quickly loaded up the equipment and the droids in the trucks who would then smuggle it into the city.

The thieves then quickly changed their clothes and burned them along with the dune buggies they used for the robbery.

Jaune POV:

After getting into the city again after dealing with the train robbery my crew and I quickly went into Juniors to celebrate a successful theft but also to honour the one who died. I also spent a lot of time with the twins and velvet in a secluded spot in the club which they gladly enjoyed their time with me.

But what I didn't know was the next few days blood was going to flow, and some members of my crew losing their heads.
