Finn hated being at his Dad's house, but every now and again he had no choice but to spend 3weeks there as a part of the agreement, there was no official custody arrangements between his parents however, his father had insisted that Finn and his older sister Hayley spend 3weeks with him at least every 6months to a year. They had both decided to always go together for the 3weeks and get it over and done with all together. Hayley had a better relationship with her fathers side but was like Finn in the fact that she wasn't happy spending 3weeks in that house.

The story behind all this is a long one...Finn's parents were never married, just young and madly in love, they met when they were 21 at university, they were together for 10years before having children, in all honesty having children aged them and their relationship, they argued all the time, over small things. Finn started dance when he was 5 and that only made Michael more angry, he never liked dance anyone, let alone his son doing it. He tried his best to get Finn into football and sport and 'man things' as he called it, attempting to stick to gender stereotypes which was completely unacceptable, dance is for everyone which his mother Eloise told him countless times. When Finn was 10, his sister was 12, Michael walked out on the family, he had been having an affair for almost a year at this point and had got this new woman pregnant and chose to start a new life with her.

At first, Eloise was devastated, Hayley and Finn were so upset and confused. That was until after 6months, Eloise met David. David was the new man in her life, he treated Eloise right, he treated the kids like his own, as well as bringing in then 13year old Blake. They got married when Finn was 12, welcoming a baby girl within the next year. It was all going well again, Finn had gained two siblings, Blake and Star, and David, whom despite keeping in a small amount of contact with Michael both him and Hayley called him dad.

As for Michael, he started enjoying time with his new girl, after having two sons and a daughter who were all into what he wanted, he was satisfied, and married this woman, Nikki. Finn and Hayley hated this woman, she hates them, whenever she's around Michael won't even listen to any of his first borns reasoning, but why would he? He gives his other 3kids the world and them nothing, it's just how it is now.

Now, Finn is 16, nearly 17 and still hates going to his dads. It was his half brother Aiden's birthday in the next day or so, that meant Nikki was going to be ultra psycho mode activated more than normal which was gonna be greattt. His dad and co also didn't know about Piper, Finn didn't want them all asking too many questions, and crushing the one thing that made spending time there bearable. Piper knew of the strained relationship between Finn and his dad, she had never met him but he sounded like a right dickhead in her opinion.

It was the morning of Aiden's 7th birthday and Finn awoke in his dismal room which wasn't even his, it was a small spare room, with a bed and a small desk, he was not looking forward to this at all, not because he didn't want his brother to have a good day, just because he knew it was gonna blow up with Nikki.

They all watched as Aiden opened his gifts, receiving an IPhone 12 Pro Max at the age of 7? Completely ridiculous but as previously mentioned these kids are spoiled rotten. Finn bought him a big chocolate bar for £10 which was of course carelessly thrown to the side, ungrateful swine.

Finn had decided to get on with some homework and FaceTime Piper, retreating to his small room once again, looking around for his laptop and realising it isn't there, he must of left it downstairs he thought to himself, before returning downstairs to find...Nikki on his laptop.
