The Morning After

Sequel to "TikTok Trends"☺️

After their exciting evening the night before, Piper awoke in the same position she fell asleep in, she was in Finn's bed, in his arms...it just felt right you know? She attempted to reach for her phone at the other side of the bed without waking Finn, failing in the process, she knew this when she felt a kiss pressed on her neck, "morning Pipes" he mumbled tiredly, "Hey" she whispered back with a softness to her voice. Piper opened her phone to see a flood of messages from her mother, she must of forgotten that she'd told her she's with Finn she thought to herself before moving to get up, only to get dragged back down by Finn, "Fiinnnn, I need to get up" she whined at him as she pulled away from his grip ignoring his groans and standing up and sneaking to the toilet,hopefully without his parents and sister noticing.

When she reentered Finn's bedroom she found him making his bed, still dressed in nothing but his boxers and...glasses? He turned round and noticed his now girlfriend looking at him, a smirk grew on his face as he walked over to her and tugged her by the waist closer to him, she rested her hands on his bare chest as he kissed her lips softly, she jumped and wrapped her legs around his waist, her arms were around his neck to support herself, "you wear glasses" she giggled as she pulled back from the kiss, The curly haired boy had a rosy glow on his cheeks "I normally wear my contacts to dance, but I wear glasses at home but I never told you because I thought you would hate them" he admitted leading for her to smile "I love them, you look so cute" she laughed and pecked his lips softly, after a couple minutes of this position, Finn lowered Piper down to the ground and began to get dressed.

Piper stood at Finn's mirror and began to brush through her long brown hair, as she swept the her hair to one side of her head, a purple mark revealed itself on her neck, "Finnn, look what you diddd" she whined at him, he looked up from his phone and pulled a face "Sorry Pipes" he stated apologetically, she just sighed and continued putting her hair up, she was struggling to smooth down her ponytail so she could add a bun. "You could just leave it down" Finn suggested, Piper shot back a confused look, "I don't know why you hate it down, you look so great with it down" he came up behind her and guided her hand away from her head, her hair cascaded down her back gracefully, she turned to face him "see your beautiful" he smiled gently brushing a strand of hair over her ear, the statement alone made her cheeks go all red, "Ok...I'll wear my hair down all day, even for dance, If , If you Finley Matthews wear your glasses for the same reasons" she grinned with a knowledge grin. This made Finn chuckle "Alright you, only cos your my girlfriend Miss Piper Rose" he told her while using her middle name, he pulled her close and kissed her once more. When she pulled back she spoke "I should really get home, but I'll see you at dance?" She asked him gently, it was meant with a slight grumble "do you have to go?" He asked with a pout on his lip, she sighed "Finn you know I have to, it's Florences' wedding next week and it's my final bridesmaid dress fitting" even though she hates the fit of the dress, and the colour and how it looked and her sisters fiancé, she promised her mother. "Fine, but take my hoodie, you look adorable in it anyway" he instructed her before pecking her cheek and watching her leave, he walked to his mirror and looked at himself, wearing the glasses he thought to himself 'you've done it Finn, you've got the girl of your dreams, go on bro'

Finn went downstairs to get breakfast about an hour later, he found his sister at the table, annihilating a bowl of cereal, "Morning H" he greeted her as he headed over to the fruit bowl, picking up a banana he asked "good night sleep?" She let out a chuckle, "What?" He asked her as he bit into his banana, "Well...you had a good night didn't you?" Finn scrunched his nose "what do you mean?"  He questioned to be met with a devilish smirk from his older sister, "Oh you know, the fact that you and Piper did it together"  all of a sudden a half chewed piece of banana flew across the room, "What?! How did you know?" "Oh Finley Matthews, from the noise echoing from your bedroom last night it was obvious! Just be thankful I heard it and not Mum and Dad" she told him sternly to which he apologised, he didn't mean for his sister to hear his antics, he hoped Piper wasn't in the same way.

Piper entered her home, the door closed with a slam behind her. "Piper is that you?!" Deborah's voice bounced through the home, "Yeah" she replied as she walked to the living room to see the dress shop assistant measuring Rosie, who had a glum look on her face, "Good of you to show up Pipes" Florence muttered to which Piper rolled her eyes. "Piper, a word" her mother stated, leading her to the kitchen. "Right so are you going to tell me where you were all of last night" , it was then when Piper realised that her messages must not of sent, she made up a lie on the spot. "Me, Finn and Amy were at hers and we fell asleep" she attempted to explain herself, to which her mother clearly didn't believe, "Do you really expect me to believe that, I called Amy's mother and you were never there, where were you Piper?!" She realised she wasn't going to get away with it so decided to be honest, "I was at Finn's" "All night? Doing what?" "It doesn't matter what I was doing, alright I'm home! No one murdered me, you can relax" she laughed as she turned to open the fridge, unbeknownst to Piper revealing the purple mark on her neck, "Piper did Finn do that to you?" Piper instantly knew what she was talking about "yes" this led for Deborah to sigh, Piper decided to leave the house, she couldn't be bothered with anymore questions and went to the studio...

After rehearsal, Piper and Finn decided to reveal their relationship, they hadn't told anyone yet so they just wanted to be able to show affection to eachother without being secretive so Piper posted a photo she had taken earlier that day.
