Ch. 21

The whole members of the Umbrella Academy along with Amura decided to hide out at Elliott's place.

Wherein Klaus was laying on the bed, thinking deeply, maybe about the passing away-for real this time-of his brother, Ben. Or maybe other things.

At the first floor, the television can be heard all throughout the place, a report was being broadcasted in it.

"Authorities are asking for help identifying several persons of interest at Dealey Plaza at the time of the assassination." The people who are watching them are the remaining six people who weren't mentioned, listening and watching intently at the news.

"The FBI believes they may have been acting in concert with the alleged shooter, Lee Harvey Oswald. Vanya Hargreeves, wanted in connection with the deaths of several FBI agents inside the federal building at Dealey Plaza." The said woman watched it with her arms crossed.

"A Cuban exile known only as Diego..."

"Cuban?" Diego asked no one, as he believed that was a false information.

"Who recently escaped from the Holbrook Sanitarium."

Luther looked at his brother for a moment, "A bare-knuckle boxer with suspected Mafia ties who fights under the alias 'King Kong.'" and because of that, the large man showed a great dislike at his nickname.

"Allison Chestnut, a Negro radical responsible for instigating and organizing the recent riots at Stadtler's lunch counter." Allison just smiled in annoyance at her picture being showed on the television.

"And finally, Klaus, the controversial cult leader and known tax evader."

"The FBI is asking the public to be on the lookout for this unidentified boy and girl, who they believe is being held hostage by the suspected terrorist network..." The reporter added and showed a picture of Amura and Five.

"Well, it's true." The boy nodded at the report, agreeing with it's false information.

"I do feel like I'm being held hostage most days." He said and looked at the girl beside him who only chuckled.

"I was tied up." She shook her head at the memory.

Still feeling quite sore with what her past self had done to her body just to escape the premises.

"God, I hate that photo." Diego commented.

"They're saying I instigated the riot?" Allison scoffed before continuing, "That's unbelievable."

Luther held the bridge of his nose and smiled at them, trying to be positive, "Look, the good news is that we restored the timeline and we stopped doomsday. So..."

"Yeah, a bunch of real goddamn heroes. We let Kennedy die." Diego opposed.

"I'm going to state some facts and not to hurt anyone's feelings but... with some of the FBI being killed by Vanya, it's not that impossible for the doomsday to be still in motion. Also... I. told. you. so. You all didn't listened that being involved with the past was never a great idea." The girl walked forward and looked at all of them, as if scolding a child.

Allison rolled her eyes at her, "Yeah, and now we're officially the most wanted people in the world. The FBI is after us, the Dallas police, the Secret Service. It's only a matter of time before they hunt us down here."

Klaus finally walked down the stairs while the woman was ranting.

"Well, where are we supposed to go?" Vanya asked.

"I have this yurt just outside Reykjavik. We could totally lay low there. Folks there are a little weird, but lovely. Welcoming..." Klaus started but was cut off by Five.
