Five Hargreeves was all alone at the apocalypse with no one to talk to but his long term companion, Delores.

Not until The Handler showed up to him and offered him a way back home.

Which he gladly accepted after a short negotiation.

After Five accepted The Handler's offer at the Commission, they time travelled back to 1955 and to the Head Quarters.

There she guided him to her office, made him sit, before she called someone from her telephone.

"Amura? Come to my office and bring me the suit." She instructed and ended the call.

When the said woman entered the office, The Handler didn't waste any more time and introduced each other.

"This is Five Hargreeves, you'll be guiding him through the Commission. So behave." She warned as if she was talking to a child.

"Five, this is Amura Ramos... Our most trustworthy and our dear Head Operator of our Infinite Switchboard." She smiled to Five, pointing to the brown haired Spanish woman.

The woman looked at the old guy. As if she knew him, as if there's a familiarity within her gaze.

And Five just observed her, probably judging her and contemplating whether to trust the 30-year old woman.

"Well then, might as well get started on the touring so that Five can get started on his training." The Handler broke the silence.

"I'm afraid I don't need any touring. Just tell me what to do and I'll be on my way." Five turned his attention to The Handler, there's impatience within the tone of his voice.

"I'm sorry but that's not how it works here Five..." The old woman said with a smile and a furrowed eyebrows as if he said something ridiculous.

"Not to worry, I'll only be showing you the places that are necessary for your job. It won't take too long." Amura said, her English accent was rolling off her tongue.

There were no emotions, much different than the emotions her eyes held earlier when she first saw him.

The old man hesitantly stood up and followed the woman.

The two were both quiet on their way. No one wanted to speak.

Until Amura opened a door and went inside a room, and of course... Five had followed behind.

He was confused when he realized that the room was just a storage room, and suddenly got cautious when he heard the door locked, even though he could just spatial jump out of there.

"Shh... be quiet... I'm here to help you." Amura said as soon as she sensed that Five was wary.

"Help me with what?" The old guy asked. His stance shows that he's ready to fight the wavy haired woman despite his age.

"Help you to get back to your family, help you to stop the apocalypse." This made Five bewildered.

Because he don't know this woman.  Nor they have met before and forgotten all about it.

And yet she knew about his plan about ditching The Handler and going back to his family.

As if she just read his mind.

'Or is this just a test?' The old man thought.

"How do I know I can trust you? You're the 'trustworthy and dear operator' of the Infinite Switchboard or whatever the shit that woman was talking about." Five became even more wary of the brunette, knowing her position in the Commission.

She took her gun out of her back pocket and knife out of her ankle knife holster then she placed them on the table, that resting in the middle of the storage room.

Amura then, went back to her place in front of the door, only resting her hands on her side as she didn't want the old man to distrust her than he already do.

"You still don't trust me? Alright..."

"Let's play 20 questions then." She suggested.

"No. Because I'm very sure I won't stop at 20."

This made the woman sigh.

'Quite a childish thought from an old man.' She shook her head.

"Okay then let's play questions." She improvised instead.

"Are you playing me?" Five asked angrily, thinking that she was mocking him or such.

But her next actions proved that she wasn't joking around. That she was serious about this.

Amura sat on the chair placed in the room, placing her hands on the table then gesturing Five to sit down in front of her.

"Why don't you ask a question then I'll ask as well." She calmly said.

"Like a trade." She added.

The old man contemplated whether this was a good idea or this might end up killing him sooner than later.

But of course, he needed information. There's no one he could trust in the facility, and he don't plan to be all friendly and kind to them either. So he didn't have a choice but to take the risk.

He sat down in front of her, his mind wander about what to ask.

Until he thought of one, "How did you know about my plan?" He asked right away.

And Amura didn't expected this to be the first question right away.

She hesitated for quite a bit, "You see... I am one of you." She said which made Five's eyes widen.

"I'm born on October 1st 1989, and have the power of Clairvoyance... Everywhere, anywhere and at any time that a person is... I can see them... Only if I have an actual image of them... As I don't have a great photographic memory so, an image that shows their clear visual is important to me." She explained.

"That doesn't explain why you knew about my plan." Five was shocked, sure... But he's also impatient.

"When The Handler gave me your image and name, I saw everything about you... And that includes the future..."

"You mean to say, I get to save my family and stop the apocalypse?"

"My turn for a question." Amura said making Five roll his eyes.

"How long will it take for you to finish the formula?" She asked making Five raised his eyebrow.

"I thought you can foresee the future? How come you don't know?"

"My turn to ask a question Five." She merely said which earned a groan from the old man.

"I'm not quite sure yet."

"Very well then, tell me when you came to... I want to come with you." She sounded very determined. If not for Five's closed heart, he'll be easily swayed.

Five thought carefully of his question this time, he don't want to waste any breath and time anymore.

"Why do you want to help me?"

"Because..." This time Amura looked at her fingers that are fiddling with each other, her eyes held that same familiarity and this time with sadness in it.

"I foresaw a sight of you dying in my arms... Spitting blood, strangely... With our younger selves at a barn."

Five was confused as to why she held such strong feelings about this 'sight' she saw.

But seeing her change from the emotionless woman she was earlier to the saddened one she is now, Five decided to believe her. For now.

"I won't die yet. Not until I save my family." Five stood up with a grunt.

His old age is catching up to him.

"I will trust you for now... But the moment you decided to throw me off a cliff, I'll come back to haunt you down." Five threatened, but it only relieved Amura.

"Very well then... Thank you, for trusting me." She smiled at him softly before opening the door.

Five guessed that she rarely smile in front of anyone, as it was kind of short yet sweet.

"Don't be too comfy, I said for now." He said as he smiled to himself.
